Assistant Professor at the Federal University of Pampa (UNIPAMPA) – Santana do Livramento Campus, where she teaches undergraduate courses and is affiliated with the Graduate Program in Administration (PPGA/UNIPAMPA) and the Professional Master's Program in Public Administration (PROFIAP/UNIPAMPA).

EDUCATION

PhD in Administration (2020), with a concentration in People Management and Labor Relations from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (PPGA/EA/UFRGS), including a doctoral exchange period at Université Paris-Dauphine, France (PDSE CAPES scholarship). She also holds a Master’s degree in Administration (2013), with a focus on Organizations, Structures, and People from the Federal University of Santa Maria; an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing (2012); and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Trade (2009), both from Faculdade Metodista de Santa Maria.

  • International academic mobility in the Global South: A systematic literature review (SLR) of Latin American countries

    Este estudo teve como objetivo apresentar um panorama dos estudos de mobilidade acadêmica internacional na América Latina. Para atender ao objetivo proposto, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura (RSL) com 116 artigos selecionados na base de dados Web of Science publicados entre os anos de 1997 e 2023. A análise foi realizada com o auxílio do Software Iramuteq que fez emergir quatro classes: (1) investimentos governamentais; (2) tendências metodológicas; (3) domínio dos países do Norte Global; e (4) mobilidade acadêmica virtual. Como principais resultados, identificou-se que dentre os investimentos governamentais em bolsas de mobilidade acadêmica, destacou-se o programa brasileiro Ciência sem Fronteiras. Também identificou-se uma forte tendência de estudos qualitativos no corpus analisado. Frente ao domínio dos países do Norte Global em relação à mobilidade acadêmica, os estudos sugerem iniciativas entre os países da América Latina pois possuem um grande potencial de cooperação regional. Destaca-se também que a mobilidade acadêmica virtual é uma das formas de internacionalização que mais será impulsionada nas próximas décadas. Além disso, durante a pandemia de COVID-19 algumas IES brasileiras contribuíram para fortalecer a cooperação Sul-Sul, promovendo e participando de programas de mobilidade acadêmica virtual com outras universidades latino-americanas. No demais, a pesquisa aponta que a mobilidade acadêmica propicia tanto vantagens individuais para os acadêmicos como vantagens significativas para as universidades no longo prazo.
  • The migrant and refugee entrepreneur (of the self): Vernacular modes of immaterial labor as (re)invention of the self in the destination country

    This article adopts the Autonomy of Migration approach to analyze the singularization of migrants and refugees from creating work activities based on the perspective of immaterial labor. The cartographic method was used to collect data from interviews and participant observation in Porto Alegre (Brazil), exploring events-activities, key informants, and economic migrants and refugees from the global south who work with music, dance, food, fashion, language, and political-cultural representation. The findings show that the mobilization of migrants and refugees in a cooperation network stresses the vernacular references and the migration/refuge situation, making them entrepreneurs of themselves. A mode of singularization is perceived regarding a labor market for migrants and refugees linked to affection and politics, which allows, through immaterial labor, the (re)invention of the self in the destination country.
  • Cartography as a Research Method for Work and Subjectivity Studies

    Objective: the study aims to present cartography as a suitable method to research work and subjectivity in administration. Proposal: in this article, cartography is supported by Deleuze and Guattari’s concept of ‘rhizome,’ aligned to post-structuralism and grounded on administration studies. Finally, this study proposes the flâneur-cartographer as a cross-cutting practice in research. The use of cartography is illustrated by describing the cartographic path of a study on subjectivation processes that make up the immaterial labor of migrants and refugees in Brazil. Conclusions: tracking, touching, landing, attentive recognition, and, above all, the journey as a flâneur-cartographer guide the approach to the territory. Participant-observation of events-activities and interview-meeting with the various participants are simultaneous strategies to follow the processes of the territory, evidencing the research-participation or investigation-interaction, the cartographer’s political role, and the ethos of trust necessary in cartography. The analysis of the jointly produced data occurs throughout the research. Keeping vigilance to scientific norms, cartography configures itself as an affective and political method to assess the relationship between work and subjectivity in existential territories of difficult access. Therefore, the method offers a social contribution, welcoming multiplicity, alterity, and mobility.
