Post-doctorate in Social Sciences and Humanities from the State University of Rio Grande do Norte (UERN), PhD and Master in Information Science from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), Specialist in Educational Management from the Integrated Colleges of Patos (FIP) and Bachelor in Library Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). At the Federal Rural University of Semi-Árido (UFERSA) he is Librarian, Editor-in-Chief of the Journal Information in Culture (RIC-UFERSA), Curator of the Digital Repository and Leader of the Research Group on Culture, Knowledge and Society (CCS-UFERSA/CNPq).
