Proceedings 3rd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Applications Healthcare and Internet of Things Aimla 2025, 2025
Design of effective routing network for Flying Ad-Hoc Networks (FANETs) is difficult due to its inherent dynamic nature, constantly shifting topology, and resource constraints, despite of all this important of FANET in various application like surveillance, disaster management and environmental survey proven crucial. Continuous development in the field of strategies for route optimization, node synchronization, and efficient resource allocation is crucial to overcoming these obstacles. Recommended Cooperative routing architecture based on multi-agent systems shows the improvement in connection dependability, latency, and improve energy efficiency, in this. The methodology applies agent-based cooperation to adjust to dynamic nature of network. Results obtained from simulations on a FANET scenario with 20 UAVs show significant gains as 15.6% growth in connection dependability, an 18.7% reduction in latency, and a 24.3% decrease in energy usage as compared to conventional routing protocol
  • Hybrid Moth-Flame Optimization and Bat Algorithm for Energy-Efficient FANETs
    Gajanan D. Nagoshe, D. V. Rojatkar, Ajay B. Gadicha
2025 World Skills Conference on Universal Data Analytics and Sciences Worldsuas 2025, 2025
Flying Ad-hoc Networks (FANET) have garnered substantial interest recently due to their prospective applications in domains encompassing emergency response, monitoring, and relaying communiques. The crafting of effective schemes to tackle difficulties including route optimization, node synchronization, and resource allocation is indispensable for FANET's advancement. This paper proposes a Hybrid Optimization Algorithm by integrating Moth-Flame optimization (MFO) with Bat algorithm for Flying Ad Hoc Networks FANETs. It mainly deals with energy-efficient routing, latency and deployment using MFO-BA in case of the BA, MFO AND ACO does not have well results. The proposed hybrid method takes advantage of adaptive exploration capabilities from MFO and dynamic search employing mechanism through BAT. Simulation results show the energy cost incurred on a network by using the proposed hybrid MFO- BA algorithm to minimize energy consumption while improving performance over independently optimized methods. Mean energy consumption of Hybrid MFO-BA algorithm shows drastic improvement over MFO and BA algorithm. The efficacy of the hybrid MFO-BA algorithm has been benchmarked against the individual implementations of MFO, ACO, and BA. Performance evaluation is conducted based on the optimal fitness value, specifically targeting energy consumption across iterative runs. The simulation results demonstrate a notable fitness value of 0.025 with a standard deviation of 0.002, indicating both consistency and superior energy optimization.

Crop health assessment is crucial for ensuring food security and sustainable agriculture practices. Stress detection and classification models have gained significant attention in recent years as a means of monitoring and managing crop health. In this review paper, we analyze the existing state of the art stress detection and classification models for crop detection, with a focus on their performance, strengths, and limitations. Our analysis covers four main areas: stress detection models, stress classification models, integrated models that combine both approaches and Crop stress severity quantification approaches. We have provided a critical evaluation of each model type, including an overview of the feature extraction techniques, algorithms, and classification methods used. We have also compared the performance metrics and benchmarks across models and discuss their potential for practical application in the agriculture industry. Our findings indicate that while significant progress has been made in the development of stress detection and classification models for crop health assessment, there are still challenges and limitations that need to be addressed. These include issues related to data acquisition and labeling, algorithm scalability and robustness, and model interpretability and explainability. We also identify opportunities for future research and development, such as the use of advanced machine learning methods, the integration of multi-modal data sources, and the development of standardized evaluation frameworks. In conclusion, our review provides a comprehensive overview of the state of the art in stress detection and classification models for crop health assessment. We identify key challenges and opportunities for future research and development and highlight the potential benefits of these models for the agriculture industry. Our findings contribute to the broader discussion on the role of AI and machine learning in agriculture and provide insights for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers.

In the era of autonomous vehicles, Vehicular Ad-hoc networks (VANETs) are critical components of any Intelligent Transportation System (ITS). A Cyber security challenge makes VANETs vulnerable to various attacks, threats and challenges such as data manipulation, data tampering, denial-of-service attacks, privacy breaches and jamming of networks. This paper tries to explore the various cyber security challenges in VANETs and proposes an enhanced threat detection framework comprising deep-learning techniques and blockchain technology. The proposed framework aims to improve the detection accuracy of malicious activities and ensure secure communication among vehicles and infrastructure. Thus, saving lives and costs involved by a better fallback policy or contingency plan.

Smart Agriculture is an emerging concept that refers to managing agriculture using IoT Technologies to extend the standard and quantity of products. Over the past few years, IoT has grown into one of the leading 21st century technology. The Internet of Things (IoT) explicate the network of physical objects integrated in sensors, software and other technology to connect and exchange data online with other systems and devices. This paper presents a review on smart agriculture using IoT by using various Sensors and cloud computing to store the information.
