  • Blockchain For Sustainable And Transparent Supply Chain Management In The Digital Economy

    With the support of blockchain technology, the digital economy has gained momentum. To strengthen the transparency and sustainability involved with supply chain operations and stakeholder trust. This research used a novel combination of correlation analysis, TOPSIS evaluation, and summary statistics of the final decision outcomes from supply chain datasets to construct a blockchain-based framework to enhance accountability, traceability, and environmental performance of global networks that integrate the digital economy. Based on the research question, “Whether blockchain is more effective compared to traditional supply chain systems and more beneficial in terms of transparency and resilience?”, a model was created to validate a multi-criterion ranking in the sustainable economy and digital trade. An empirical analysis based on the findings was developed using a correlation-TOPSIS framework, enabling us to collect comparative results across companies and regions. Data is interfaced with platforms at multiple operational stages of production and distribution, which require higher data security and use more computing resources than other tools commonly used with cloud-based logistics. The results show that the development of blockchain applications with sustainable practices can be categorized into three clusters in alignment with the objectives of the study: governance, performance, and trust. As for managerial implications, by building the linkage between the features of blockchain platforms and users’ expectations, practitioners have to realize that although the blockchain architecture has a certain degree of transparency, the operational rules, governance mechanisms, and adoption processes behind those platforms are all different.

    This study examines the role of benchmarking in enhancing the competitiveness of the automotive industry. It explores how benchmarking can be used as an effective tool for managing innovative development, borrowing experiences from market leaders, and creating competitive automotive products with the support of government policies. The research employs scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, economic-mathematical modeling, expert evaluation, survey, and factor analysis. A special focus is placed on internal, strategic, and competitive benchmarking, as well as the analysis of import and export transactions within the automotive industry. The findings highlight the significant role of benchmarking in the automotive industry, demonstrating how it has been successfully implemented by leading foreign automakers. The study reveals how benchmarking contributes to the development of innovative and competitive automotive products, with a particular emphasis on the performance of the Uzbek automotive industry. The study underscores the importance of benchmarking in the global automotive market, suggesting that for national automotive enterprises to achieve a sustainable competitive level, a strategic approach involving the dissemination of benchmarking methodology is crucial. It also highlights the need for state support in the form of a national auto-industrial alliance and policy interventions to promote a competitive environment and innovation in the automotive sector.

    Solving the issues of guaranteeing economic security within the modern realities of digitalization of socio-economic processes is an important and urgent task for the national economy. One of the key tasks of ensuring economic security, which has been actualized in the conditions of non-stationary processes in the modern world, is the task of predicting threats and challenges. The key global challenge to society is digital transformation in almost all specters of modern life. The digitalization of the technosphere plays a significant role in the scientific, social and economic world order, which is seen in the example of the United States, China, Japan - the world's leading digital powers of our time, since a significant share of the income of their national economies is largely provided by digital technologies. This research is devoted to the study of the economic digitalization impact on economic security, which studies the pros and cons of digitalization, the requirements of the new era of economic security, the experience of digitalization in developed countries.
