Emotion-Aware Speaker Diarization Based on Prosodic and Deep Embedding Integration Kamoliddin Shukurov, Umidjon Khasanov, Shokhrukhmirzo Kholdorov, Maftuna Karimova, Lutfulla Murodjonov 4th International Conference on Applied Artificial Intelligence and Computing Icaaic 2025, 2025 Speaker diarization is the process of identifying speech segments in an audio stream and assigning them to a specific speaker. Since classical systems do not take into account prosodic features, their accuracy decreases in emotional speech situations. In this study, an emotion-sensitive speaker diarization system is proposed. In the model, prosodic vectors derived from prosodic features are combined with the embeddings of the ECAPA-TDNN model in a modulation manner. In the study, the emotion-sensitive speaker diarization model reduced the DER performance of the simple baseline model from 11.6 % to 7.9 %. In addition, it has low computational costs and provides significant results in real-time systems.

In the course of the study, a new approach was proposed for the feature extraction of biosignals of muscle activity. Based on the proposed approach, muscle biosignals were recorded and processed during training athletes.
The role of adaptive filters in the recognition of speech commands Kamoliddin Shukurov, Ulugbek Berdanov, Umidjon Khasanov, Shokhrukhmirzo Kholdorov, Boburkhon Turaev International Conference on Information Science and Communications Technologies Applications Trends and Opportunities Icisct 2021, 2021 This article discusses adaptive methods for filtering noise affecting speech commands in real operating conditions. The method of adaptive NLMS filters is proposed for speech command recognition. The recognition accuracy of speech command has increased due to the use of the NLMS method. Digital signal filters are used to eliminate interference in speech recognition systems. However, the effectiveness of the use of classical filtering algorithms for speech signals with a complex appearance is very low. In such cases, the use of adaptive filters can meet the system requirement. Flexible filters use Least Mean Square (LMS), Normalized LMS (NLMS) algorithms to eliminate noise. These algorithms differ from each other in Global Signal-to-noise ratio (GSNR). If the GSNR is good, this algorithm is more useful for the system. Using these algorithms, the accuracy of the speech recognition system was found. Thus, we conclude that adaptive filtering algorithms are more efficient than classical filtering algorithms.

But this speech recognition systems are not suitable for Uzbek language or the level of recognition of speech commands may be low. To solve this problem, the article discusses the stages of recognition of speech commands and intelligent processing algorithms. Based on the hidden Markov model, a recognition system for Uzbek speech commands was implemented in Python using CMU Sphinx technology that recognizes Uzbek speech commands on a computer and Raspberry Pi3 devices. The accuracy of the recognition system for Uzbek speech commands are showed 80-95%.
