EDUCATION

Professor at the Federal University of Rondônia - UNIR, Department of Agronomy, Rolim de Moura Campus, Rondônia. PhD in Administration (Learning and Organizational Behavior - Resilience and Commitment) from the National University of Misiones (UNAM) - Argentina. Master's degree in Administration (Organizational Strategies and Competencies - Innovation and Sustainability) from the Federal University of Rondônia. Holds a degree in Accounting Sciences from the Federal University of Rondônia - UNIR and a specialization in Public Management from the Faculty of Pimenta Bueno - FAP. He collaborates with the research groups in Innovation and Technology Management - GEITEC/UNIR, Studies in Animal Production and Waste Utilization - GEPAR/UNIR, and Plant Production in Western Amazonia - UNIR. In these groups, he works in the areas of management and economic and financial analysis of production, cost evaluation and strategies, innovation, and organizational sustainability in the Amazon.
