Caio Massoto Pacheco is a Brazilian chemist and entrepreneur, Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with a research focus on continuous-flow synthesis, laboratory automation, and 3D printing of chemical reactors. He is the founder and CEO of FlowPrint Innovations, a deep-tech startup incubated at COPPE/UFRJ that develops modular and affordable automation systems for laboratories and industries.

During his doctoral research, he designed low-cost continuous-flow systems integrating open-source microcontrollers (Arduino/ESP32) and sensors for real-time monitoring, leading to the creation of the FlowSense platform. His work combines process intensification, green chemistry, and digital fabrication to democratize access to scientific infrastructure.

Caio is currently pursuing an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Management at the University of São Paulo (USP/ESALQ), where he studies business models and performance indicators for deep-tech startups.
