THE ROLE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) IN PERSONALISED PHYSICS EDUCATION Aigerim Abdulayeva, Nazym Zhanatbekova, Yerlan Andasbayev, Yerlan Khaimuldanov, Zhomart Zhiyembayev Jurnal Pendidikan IPA Indonesia, 2025 This study aimed to establish conceptual mechanisms and patterns for applying artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to personalised physics education within the Kazakhstani educational system. Methods. A comprehensive methodology was employed, combining both theoretical and empirical approaches. The theoretical phase involved reviewing regulatory documents in Kazakhstan’s education system. The empirical phase consisted of a pedagogical experiment conducted between September and December 2024 across three educational institutions in Taldykorgan, Kazakhstan. The study involved 58 tenth-grade students, divided into experimental and control groups; the experimental group utilised an AI-driven personalised learning system designed to adapt content based on student performance. Data were collected on academic performance, theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and research competencies using pre-tests, interim assessments, and final evaluations. Results. The experimental groups demonstrated a significant improvement in academic performance, with the average score increasing from 4.2 to 4.6. 76% of students in experimental groups successfully solved advanced problems, compared to 52% in control groups. The system fostered improved critical thinking, research competencies, and self-assessment skills, while enhancing students’ ability to engage in scientific discourse and apply knowledge in interdisciplinary contexts. Conclusions. The AI-driven model proved highly effective at personalising learning and improving students' academic and cognitive outcomes. It offers a scalable framework for adapting content to individual learning styles, with positive impacts on motivation and problem-solving abilities. The findings contribute to a growing body of research on AI applications in education and provide a foundation for further advancements in personal learning systems.
Fostering AI literacy in pre-service physics teachers: inputs from training and co-variables Aigerim Abdulayeva, Nazym Zhanatbekova, Yerlan Andasbayev, Farzana Boribekova Frontiers in Education, 2025 BackgroundWhile the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in education is widely recognized, the rapid evolution of these technologies necessitates a corresponding evolution in teacher education. This research sought to investigate the impact of a targeted training program on pre-service physics teachers’ AI literacy levels and their subsequent attitudes and intentions toward AI adoption in their future teaching.MethodsA pre-post-test control group quasi-experimental study was implemented among physics teacher education students. A 5 weeks long out-of-curriculum intervention was designed and implemented that combined theoretical grounding with practical, problem-based learning activities, with a focus on the use of various AI tools.ResultsThere was a significant upswing in AI literacy performance post-intervention, showcasing that the training was effective in facilitating participants’ understanding and application of AI in educational contexts. Additionally, perceived usefulness of AI was found to be a partial mediator in the link between literacy scores and behavioral intention to embed generative solutions into potential teaching.ConclusionThe study concludes that incorporating comprehensive AI literacy programs into teacher education curricula is essential for fostering a technologically adept and pedagogically innovatively minded teaching workforce. Further research is needed to explore the long-term effects of AI literacy training on teacher practice and student learning outcomes.
Analysis of Studies in the Literature on Educational Robotics Murat Auyelbek, Kalibek Ybyraimzhanov, Erlan Andasbayev, Elmira Abdykerimova, Asset Turkmenbayev Journal of Turkish Science Education, 2022 Based on the consistent development of technologization, robotics has become widely used in many fields of activity as a tool and an educational resource. This article presents some arguments about insufficiency, as well as the importance of further academicdiscourse, which can serve as a starting point for similar studies and the development of this dynamic direction. The purpose of this study is to reveal the direction of the most current studies on the educational robotics topic, published in some important databases. In order to detect the most common concepts of educational robotics research of the literature, a thematic analysis (descriptive content analysis) is done on the key concepts of educational robotics topic. The articles analyzed in this stud were only used sources from the Web of Science, Scopus and MDPI databases. The search in the database search engine was carried out by keywords: “Educational robotics”, “Teaching educational robotics”, “Integration of robotics”, “Robotics in education" and “Education robotics”.The data gathered from the reviewed articles are analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. In the findings obtained from the study, the keywords "integration of robotics" and "robotics in education" can be used most when searching for educational robotics. Ithas been concluded that the studies on educational robotics have increased gradually since 2018. At this point, the importance of studies on educational robotics is increasing day by day.
Prospects for the development of health tourism on Lake Ray in the Almaty region of the republic of Kazakhstan Yerкin TOKPANOV, Emin ATASOY, Erbolat MENDYBAYEV, Bakhadurkhan ABDIMANAPOV, Yerlan ANDASBAYEV, et al. Geojournal of Tourism and Geosites, 2021 Lake Ray is a unique natural object of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is located in the Balkhash depression of the Almaty region. The waters of the lake are characterized by a peculiar hydrochemical and mineral composition, which can be used for various types of health tourism and recreation. The study aimed to show scientifically substantiated therapeutic and health-improving attractiveness of the territory of lake basins, to attract investment in the development of tourism. This study presents the physicochemical and spectral analysis of water and therapeutic mud. Organoleptic characteristics (color, odor, consistency, structure) and sanitary and microbiological indicators of the declared sample of mud, physical and chemical indicators of the declared sample of water have been determined. The results indicated that the physicochemical composition of water and brine met the regulatory sanitary and epidemiological requirements and could be used in stationary medical institutions and physiotherapy. Lake Ray in the Republic of Kazakhstan has a unique variety of hydromineral recreational resources.
