Geographic Information System (GIS) Application to Identify the Distribution of Tourist Attractions and Supporting Facilities Related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Lia Warlina, A. Afredi Indonesian Journal of Science and Technology, 2026 The purpose of this research is to examine the distribution patterns of tourism attractions, hotels, and restaurants, and to explore their implications for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Lembang District. To analyze these distributions, a quantitative approach was applied using nearest neighbor analysis and Geographic Information System (GIS) techniques. A total of 38 tourism attractions were identified, including 17 natural attractions, 17 artificial attractions, and four cultural attractions; all exhibiting dispersed distribution patterns. There are 32 hotels with random distribution patterns and 178 restaurants that are clustered. Natural attractions are characterized by hilly terrain, forests, valleys, and rivers, which result in physical separation between some sites. In contrast, artificial and cultural attractions tend to be concentrated in more accessible areas, particularly along main routes. Notably, villages such as Cikahuripan, Cikidang, Mekarwangi, Suntenjaya, Wangunharja, and Wangunsari contain tourism attractions but lack adequate supporting facilities, including hotels and restaurants. The spatial allocation of tourism attractions, accommodations, and restaurants significantly influences the achievement of the SDGs. Tourism contributes to 14 of the 17 SDGs, especially SDG 8 (promoting economic opportunities), SDG 1 (reducing poverty), and SDG 5 (advancing gender equality).
HYBRID FUZZY INFERENCE SYSTEMS AND INTERACTING MULTIPLE-MODEL EXTENDED KALMAN FILTER FOR LONGITUDINAL-LATERAL CONTROL OF AUTONOMOUS VEHICLES IN DIVERSE DRIVING SCENARIOS Muhammad Aria Rajasa Pohan, Lia Warlina, Jana Utama, Budi Herdiana, Sultanova Dilnura Abdurashidovna Ned University Journal of Research, 2025 This paper proposes a hybrid control framework that integrates an interacting multiple-model extended Kalman filter (IMM–EKF) with four mode-specific fuzzy inference systems (FIS) for longitudinal and lateral control of autonomous vehicles. The objective is to improve safety, efficiency, and comfort across unsignalized intersections, road curves, vehicle-following, and overtaking scenarios. The system fuses camera, radar, and lidar measurements at 20 Hz, generating 1–3 s trajectory predictions using an IMM–EKF. A scenario manager classifies the driving context and activates one of four FIS modules that issue throttle, brake, and steering commands. We evaluated the approach in Webots using 200 Monte Carlo trials per scenario and compared it to FIS-only, PID with pure-pursuit, and model-predictive control baselines. The hybrid controller reduced aggregate collision events by approximately 25% and improved travel efficiency by approximately 30% versus the FIS-only baseline. The hybrid approach also reduced RMS lateral error and longitudinal jerk, achieving higher safe-overtaking success rates. Statistical tests confirmed that travel-time and lateral-error improvements were significant (p < 0.01) after correction for multiple comparisons. IMM–EKF model confidences improved decision timing and reduced unsafe lane-change intents under moderate uncertainty. The proposed architecture is scalable and interpretable. However, it merits further real-world validation.

GIS application on Flood Vulnerability Mapping Based on Land Use Change in Manado City Arinsyah Primawan Makalalag, Lia Warlina, Cindy Andrea Layapi, Sheila Miraj Gumilar Incitest 2024 Proceedings of the 7th International Conference on Informatics Engineering Sciences and Technology, 2024 Manado City, situated on the shore of the Sulawesi Sea, serves as the hub of activity, and the capital of North Sulawesi Province frequently encounters flooding. One of the hypotheses regarding the frequent floods is attributed to the decrease in vegetated areas. The research aims to use GIS to map flood vulnerability related to land use change in Manado City (Tuminting, Wanea, and Wenang Districts). The approach employed is the map overlay analysis method, utilizing scoring to ascertain the water absorption capacity and identify locations vulnerable to flooding. Land use at the research location showed substantial changes between 2013 and 2023, with vegetated land conditions declining by 77.25 hectares (4.49%) while settlements expanded by 226.83 hectares (13.18%). The water absorption area at the research site is categorized as low and very low, measuring 66%, while the absorption capacity for moderate, high, and very high is 34%. Overlay of maps of land use, slope, soil type, river density, and rainfall used to determine five flood vulnerability levels. The results show areas classified as very vulnerable: $\mathbf{5 7 5. 5 2}$ hectares (33%), vulnerable: $\mathbf{5 1 5. 6 9}$ hectares (30%), slightly vulnerable: 361.02 hectares (21%), slightly safe: 177.79 hectares (10%), and safe: 94.44 hectares (5%). GIS successfully solves problems in urban and regional planning by mapping disaster-prone areas, i.e., flood vulnerability areas based on land use changes.
Editorial Volume 18 Issue 5: Special Issue on Sustainable Transformation Towards Digitalization Senny Luckyardi Australasian Accounting Business and Finance Journal, 2024 This Special Issue of the Australasian Accounting Business and Finance Journal (AABFJ) arises from the Sustainable Transformation towards Digitalization of the 7th International Conference on Business, Economics, Social Sciences, and Humanities (ICOBEST 2024). This conference is hosted by Universitas Komputer Indonesia, Bandung, Indonesia. The conference revolves around the theme of Sustainable Transformation towards Digitalization based on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. ESG refers to a set of guidelines used to evaluate and manage businesses' performance concerning the environment, society, and corporate governance. It serves as a means of assessing companies' responsibility towards economic advancement, environmental preservation, and social welfare. Therefore, this special issue sheds light on utilizing digitalization as a tool for advancing sustainability and responsible business practices, aligning with research by Inta Budi Setya Nusa et al., (2024), which suggests the utilization of AI and big data technologies in accounting. This research offers valuable insights into the profession of accounting educators, enabling teachers to develop better curricula and equip students with the necessary skills to thrive in an increasingly digitally interconnected workplace.
