Entrepreneurial Technology Resilience Mediates Entrepreneurial Marketing on Business Performance in Batik MSMEs Rahma Wahdiniwaty, Sudadi Pranata, Nandang Komara Aptisi Transactions on Technopreneurship, 2025 In the digital transformation era, technological resilience has become essential for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), including Indonesia’s Batik industry, which must integrate technology to maintain competitiveness. However, many Batik MSMEs still face limited adoption of digital tools, resulting in declining performance and market reach. This study aims to analyze how entrepreneurial technology resilience mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing and business performance in Batik MSMEs. A quantitative approach was used by distributing structured questionnaires to 383 Batik MSME owners in Indonesia. The study employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate measurement validity and test hypotheses among three constructs, entrepreneurial marketing, entrepreneurial technology resilience, and business performance. Findings reveal that entrepreneurial marketing significantly influences both entrepreneurial technology resilience and business performance. Furthermore, entrepreneurial technology resilience also positively affects business performance and partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing and business performance, explaining 80.2% of the variance in the model. The results confirm that technological resilience is a crucial mechanism that strengthens the effectiveness of entrepreneurial marketing strategies. Strengthening digital capabilities and adaptive innovation allows Batik MSMEs to enhance operational efficiency, market expansion, and overall performance. Therefore, improving technological resilience should be prioritized as a strategic policy for sustaining the Batik industry’s competitiveness.

Impact of Green Marketing and Total Quality Management (Tqm) Dimensions on Improving the Financial Performance of Indonesian Sharia Banks: New Concept Sudadi Pranata, Umi Narimawati, M. Yani Syafei Journal of Ecohumanism, 2025 Green marketing is an advertising technique that focuses on promoting and selling products or services that have minimal or positive environmental effect. Given the growing awareness of environmental and sustainability concerns, this concept has gained increasing importance and attention in the fields of marketing and business management. Quality management is a strategy for continuously enhancing (continuous performance improvement) performance at all levels of an organization's operations and processes, as well as in all functional areas, by leveraging its people and financial resources. How to implement green marketing and total quality management to the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia is the focus of this study. This study aims to investigate the effects of ecological marketing and total quality management on financial performance. This method of research employs multiple linear regression with a sample of 237 individuals, including financial administrators and employees. Consumer awareness has a positive effect on financial performance, consumer loyalty has a positive effect on financial performance, increased resource efficiency has a positive effect on financial performance, an obsession with quality has a positive effect on financial performance, teamwork has a positive effect on financial performance, and engagement and empowerment have a positive effect on financial performance, according to the findings of this study.
A Blockchain Based Framework for Improving Data Quality and Predictive Accuracy in Business Intelligence Systems Nurasiah, Istajib Kulla Himmy’az, Sudadi Pranata, Muhamad Yusup, Hendra Kusumah, Jihan Zanubiya, Elisa Ananda Natalia Proceeding 2025 4th International Conference on Creative Communication and Innovative Technology Empowering Transformative Mature Leadership Harnessing Technological Advancement for Global Sustainability Iccit 2025, 2025 The increasing dependence on predictive analytics within Business Intelligence (BI) systems has underscored critical issues concerning data quality, integrity, and security, which in turn affect the reliability of analytical outcomes. This research introduces a blockchain-based framework designed to enhance data quality and predictive accuracy in BI environments. The study examines the integration of blockchain’s core attributes transparency, immutability, and decentralized consensus as mechanisms for strengthening the validity and traceability of data used in predictive modeling. A conceptual model was developed and validated through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS, based on survey data collected from professionals with expertise in blockchain and data mining. Empirical findings demonstrate that blockchain integration significantly improves both data quality and the efficiency of data mining processes, ultimately leading to enhanced predictive accuracy in BI applications. Notably, the analysis confirms the mediating role of data quality, emphasizing its foundational importance in achieving reliable predictive outcomes. The study contributes to existing literature by offering a novel perspective on blockchain’s utility in data-centric systems and provides actionable insights for organizations aiming to optimize their BI infrastructure. The proposed framework underscores blockchain’s potential as a strategic enabler of trustworthy and high-performance predictive analytics, paving the way for broader implementation in enterprise intelligence solutions.
Innovative Economic Development in Developing Countries through AI and Tackling Globalization Meri Mayang Sari, Sudadi Pranata, Amroni, Raihan, Valens Dwi Sulaiman 2024 3rd International Conference on Creative Communication and Innovative Technology Iccit 2024, 2024 This document explores the significant impact of advances in artificial intelligence (AI) and automation technologies on the global economy, particularly on developing countries and emerging markets. By focusing on the economic paradigm shift caused by AI, this analysis reveals how this technology can reverse the economic gains these countries have achieved over the past half century. AI and automation technologies tend to save labor and resources, creating a dynamic in which developed countries reap greater benefits, while developing countries face the risk of increasing poverty and inequality. Highlighting how AI can make the comparative advantages that developing countries rely on, such as abundant labor and natural resources, less relevant. This could worsen global economic imbalances and deepen the gap between developed and developing countries. To address these challenges, this document proposes a series of economic policies designed to mitigate the negative impacts of technological progress, while exploiting the potential benefits it offers. This includes domestic policies and development strategies, as well as international cooperation and reforms in global economic governance. Taking into account the widespread uncertainty regarding the impact of AI and rapid changes in the global economy, this document offers a comprehensive view of how developing countries can navigate and leverage this new era of technology to achieve greater shared prosperity.
Innovative Approaches in Smart Hydrological Monitoring for Urban Water Resource Sustainability Henderi Henderi, Wahyu Sejati, Sudadi Pranata, Muhamad Yusup, Marviola Hardini, Natasya Aprila Yusuf 2024 3rd International Conference on Creative Communication and Innovative Technology Iccit 2024, 2024 This research addresses urgent challenges in urban water resource management due to escalating urbanization and climate change. The study aims to optimize water management, mitigate flood risks, and enhance distribution efficiency by employing smart technology in hydrological monitoring. The methodology involves a survey distributed to 150 respondents in five Indonesian cities, evaluating Smart Technology, Predictive Models, Water Resource Management, and Water Principles. Analysis with SmartPLS confirms measurement model reliability and validity. The findings highlight the significance of Smart Technology in influencing urban water resource management, supported by high T-Statistics and low P-values. In conclusion, integrating Smart Technology and Predictive Models enhances hydrological monitoring and optimizes water resource management in urban areas. This research contributes to sustainable development and urban water resilience, providing real-time information essential for achieving global water-related goals. Future research should focus on deeper integration between Smart Technology and Predictive Models and the effective incorporation of Water Principles into hydrological monitoring and water resource management.
