INTERNSHIP DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC: STUDENTS AND SUPERVISORS PERSPECTIVE
The purpose of this study was to determine the benefits and skills of students from internships during the COVID 19 pandemic from students' and supervisors' perspectives. The survey was conducted through a set of structured questionnaires were given to accounting students majoring in Indonesia's apprentices and supervisors. This research found that the skills developed during the Internship was willing to learn, the ability to work together, and enthusiasm. In contrast, the less developed skills are accuracy, ability to work independently, absorb new things, analytical skills, discipline, and on time. This research was conducted on interns in accounting, and because research on perceptions will allow subjective explanations. This study provides feedback to students, departments, and supervisors to improve internship activities in accounting majors. The COVID-19 Monster that Triggers Indonesian Socio-Political Changes: A Phenomenological Review
More than 90,000 people are suffering from the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) resulting in the world-ranking cases. The outbreak was a catastrophe by the end of 2019 in Wuhan, China. COVID-19 pandemic has killed more than 2663 lives with 77,658 cases and is currently the biggest health threat to the global community. The Chinese government has established special hospitals and travel restrictions to reduce the spread of this disease, and its wide-ranging effects on Indonesia have caused 10,118 cases, 7,804 people treated, 792 people died, 1,522 people cured until the end of April 2020, and the number will rise exponentially. Shortly after the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in mid-February 2020, the Indonesian government called for solutions toward its spread, including the Ministry of Education and Culture that ordered the educational authorities or providers to carries online learning from home so that the online learning system has become a policy in Indonesia. The objectives of this research are to describe laboratory knowledge, teaching experience, work motivation and laboratory management, to know the influence of knowledge, teaching experience, and work motivation on the laboratory management either independently or collectively, and to know the contents of the laboratory, teaching experience, and work motivation in terms of the laboratory management organized either independently or collectively. This research is an ex post facto research along with a correlational approach. The population of samples comprised 36 teachers of the Dress Fashion in Yogyakarta City. The results showed a significant influence of the laboratory knowledge on the laboratory management with the f count of 15.597. There was a significant influence of teaching practice experience on the laboratory management with the f count of 5.119; there was a significant influence of work motivation on the laboratory management with the f count of 17.207, and there was a significant influence of laboratory knowledge, practical teaching experience, and work motivation on the laboratory management at the Vocational School teachers of Yogyakarta City with the f count of 10.848, and laboratory knowledge variables, practice teaching experience and work motivation (50.4%) simultaneously influenced the laboratory management.

The learning process in the experimental design of visual communication design is one of the in-depth processes of the design methodology application. The objectives of this study include (1) increasing the effectiveness of self-organising system method to spur the level of creativity; (2) Improving the quality of the experimental learning process technically; and (3) Testing the effectiveness of self-organising system method. This type of research used qualitative research that reflectively describes the findings of factual data regarding the development of the learning process and the effectiveness of the self-organising system in the field. Data collection procedures used the reflection model proposed by Ralph, namely, reflective and intuitive designs. The research results show that (1) learning outcomes can be improved through the process of creativity as a result of experimental learning methods of visual communication design and the application of the self-organising system design method, (2) the quality of experimental learning processes can be improved through the self-organising system design method as an alternative of experimental learning in the visual communication design course, and (3) effectiveness of the strategy can be tested through the self-organising system method that significantly influences the experimental learning process in the visual communication design course.
The use of marketing methods in politics is known as political marketing. In marketing politics, the emphasis is the use of approach and method of marketing mix that is called 4P that is product, price, distribution (place), and promotion used to help politicians and political parties to be more efficient and effective in building two-way relationships with constituents and communities. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially the product variable (policy, figure, structure and symbolic context) and Communication variables (advertising, direct marketing, special event, person contact, public relations, merchandise, political post) to the Loyalty of PDI Constituents Struggle and know the dominant influential variable to Loyalty of PDIP as a Political Party constituency in Central Java.The type of research used in this study is explanatory research to examine the effect of independent variables of product and communication (x) on the dependent variable that is customer loyalty (y). The research instrument used is questionnaire. While the sampling using random sampling technique to PDIP constituent consisting of structural and organization of PDIP. The data analysis tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, multiple regression test, classical assumption test which includes multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, correlation coefficient, dertermination coefficient and hypothesis testing covering F test and t test.The results of the research indicate that the Product affects Loyalty with correlation coefficient value of 0.487. The amount of influence of the Product on the formation of Loyalty is 23, 7%, change of constituent loyalty for each increase of one unit of Product is equal to 0,584. Komunikas affects Loyalty with the value of correlation coefficient of 0.495, the magnitude of the effect of Communication on the formation of Loyalty is 24, 5%. The change of loyalty for each increase of one Communication unit is 0,622.
