started her career as a school teacher in Aditya Birla Group of Schools, Reddipalayam, Ariyalur since 1999. Later she moved on to Higher Education and served as a Lecturer in Bon Secours College for one year from 2006 to 2007. From 2007 onwards she is serving as an Assistant Professor of Commerce in Guru Nanak College, Chennai. She has 15 years of UG, 12 years of PG Teaching and research experience both at Masters and Doctorate Level. Her areas of expertise include Information Technology, Computerized Accounting (Tally), Marketing Management and Human Resource Management. Currently 7 candidates are pursuing their Ph.D. under her guidance and one has been submitted the thesis. She is a Doctoral Committee Member also. Her current research interests are in emerging issues on Knowledge Management, Performance Management and e-marketing.
