Dr. Deepika Gautam has been in the academic field for more than 8 years. Prior to joining Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla, she has taught at St. Bede’s College Shimla. Dr. Deepika has an excellent research experience and has to her credit two dozen research papers in reputed and referred national and international journals. She has authored books on Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility and Industrial Relations. Dr. Gautam has written lesson plans for students of B.Com and M.Com of International Centre for Distance Education and Open Learning, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. She has represented in different national and international conferences and seminars and has attended numerous faculty development programs and workshops. She is also a member of board of studies and Life time member of All India Commerce Association.
