Ananta Prasad Nanda, Krishna Kumar Veluri, Dhananjay Beura Navigating Digital Disruption Strategies for Sustainable Business Management, 2026 This study examines the relevance of the IS Success Model in analyzing user retention in Unified Payments Interface (UPI) payment applications, emphasizing the impact of service, information and system quality on satisfaction, and continuance intention to use UPI payment apps. This study also investigates the moderating role of habit in the relationship between satisfaction and continuance intention. Using a purposive selection strategy, data were collected from 631 users of UPI payment apps in the Odisha state. Using an online survey approach, a structured questionnaire was sent based on scales that had been widely used in previous research. PLS-SEM was employed to analyze the relationships between latent variables. The results show that the quality of the service, the information, and the system all have a role in how satisfied and loyal users are with UPI payment apps.
Psychological wellness of employees: role of AI-based digital technology and leadership behaviour in higher educational institutions Shilpi Sarna, Dhananjay Beura, Ipsita Dash, Anchal Luthra International Journal of Education Economics and Development, 2026 Robust digital leadership is essential in the digital disruption age especially in this field of higher education after the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI). The major objective of this paper is to explore the personal and professional attributes of digital leaders in the higher education field. The job resource and job demand (JR-D) model has been considered to specifically define the psychological well-being of digital leaders in the field of higher education. Non-probability snow ball sampling method was used and 189 respondents were evaluated during this research. The results of this study revealed that the personal and organisational attributes of a leader significantly influence the digital leadership behaviour. Moreover, there is strong evidence that digital leadership behaviour significantly influences psychological well-being and also personal and organisational attributes in this digital disruptive world of higher education. The novel contribution of this study is critical to the ongoing discussion about the role of AI and the significance of personal and organisational attributes along with psychological well-being. The measurement model was tested by using PLS-SEM and found to be significant in establishing the relationship.

This case study investigates Quantafic’s approach in providing friction free digital solution to its clients in order to overcome the challenges of regulatory environment, and thereby enhance customer experience. We adopted a qualitative methodology and used unstructured interviews. The purpose of choosing this interviewing technique was to ensure an exchange of information and ideas, and improvisation in questioning. Additionally, we applied an inductive approach to analyze the interview data, and develop relevant theories. The Quantafic Business Solutions, started in 2014 and created differentiation through smart analytics-based solutions and intelligent automation for on-boarding services in the banking and NBFC sectors.
