A registered dietitian with a technical background in Nutrition and Dietetics, experience in clinical internships, and a focus on promoting health and well-being through personalized nutritional guidance. I am interested in expanding my knowledge and seeking new experiences in the field, with an emphasis on exploring scientific nutrition and the interrelationship between food and human health.

EDUCATION

Caroline Santos Rodrigues Neves holds a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Universidade Paulista (2020–2024), with a thesis titled “Neuronutrition: The Effect of Vitamin D on the Treatment of She also holds a technical degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Technical School of Hortolândia (2018–2019). She is currently a master’s student in the Department of Food and Nutrition at the State University of Campinas. Throughout her academic training, she gained practical experience through supervised internships in the areas of clinical and hospital nutrition, public health, and food and nutrition services, with a focus on health promotion and the adoption of healthy eating habits. Additionally, she has taken courses and participated in scientific events in the field, reinforcing her interest in evidence-based nutrition and its relationship to human health.
