International Journal of Learning Teaching and Educational Research, 2025
Research on mathematical proficiency has gained increasing global attention due to its significance in education and psychology. This study presents a bibliometric analysis of 1,884 articles published between 2020 and 2024 to identify research trends, key contributors, thematic clusters, and global collaboration networks in the field. Utilising VOSviewer and Bibliometrix, two widely used tools for science mapping and visualisation, the analysis reveals 10 thematic clusters, with mathematics, mathematics achievement, academic achievement, and math anxiety emerging as central topics. Among these, mathematics achievement appears as one of the most frequently used keywords, underscoring a strong focus on the relationship between mathematical proficiency and academic outcomes. The United States leads global contributions, supported by prolific institutions and interdisciplinary work published in high-impact journals such as the Journal of Educational Psychology. The analysis also shows a rising number of collaborations across countries and institutions. The findings highlight a growing emphasis on cognitive and socio-emotional factors, including executive functions, working memory and growth mindset. These insights provide a comprehensive roadmap for researchers and policymakers to guide future inquiry, foster interdisciplinary collaboration and develop holistic strategies to improve mathematical proficiency at scale. Limitations include the exclusive use of Scopus-indexed and English-language articles, as well as reliance on keyword-based retrieval. Future studies might incorporate multiple databases, explore culturally contextualised trends, or examine underexplored themes such as pedagogical content knowledge and digital learning environments.

International Journal of Advanced and Applied Sciences, 2024
As we moved into the 21st century, it became clear that the success of any organization depends on more than just the technical skills of its managers, who lead the business. It also relies on the active participation of every employee and the quality of communication and interactions within the company. This study focuses on the development of onion models and how effective they are in improving interpersonal communication. The research employed a mixed-method approach, gathering data through reviews of existing literature (secondary data) and direct fieldwork, including interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) for primary data. Both qualitative and quantitative methods were used to analyze the data. The participants in this study included 50 individuals ranging from owners and directors to managers, regular employees, and office assistants. The findings indicate that the onion model demonstrates a pattern of organizational communication that a) happens between individual members or across the whole organization, b) is formal and hierarchical, c) includes both verbal and non-verbal forms, d) can be direct or indirect, and e) serves the purpose of interaction and detailed discussion related to the company's internal operations. The study concludes that the onion model is effective for use in large and multinational companies.

    Fizjoterapia Polska, 2023
This study aims to investigate the effect of traditional sports in order to improve physical fitness of young athletes. Researchers adopted an 11-week randomized controlled trial design. Participants included young athletes from Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (Indonesia) who were allocated to TSG (n = 20) and CG (n = 20). Analysis of Students’ t-tests for paired samples used to test differences in physical fitness among males and females in two groups at the pre-test and post-test stages. The effect size test (Cohen’s d) was used in this research. The first findings showed that male participants in TSG had differences in physical fitness in the pre-test and post-test stages related to Multi-stage (p < 0.001, d = −2.17), Shuttle run: 4×10 meters (p < 0.001, d = 2.43), 30 meter run test (p < 0.001, d = 1.85) and sit and reach test (p = 0.002, d = −1.41), while male participants in CG had differences in physical fitness in terms of Shuttle run: 4 ×10 meters (p < 0.001, d = 1.69), Run test 30 meters (p < 0.001, d = 1.64), but no differences were found for other components. The second finding showed that female participants in TSG had differences in physical fitness in the pre-test and post-test stages related to Multi-stage (p < 0.001, d = −1.53), Shuttle run: 4×10 meters (p < 0.001, d = 2.76), 30 meter Run test (p < 0.001, d = 2.02) and Sit and reach test (p < 0 .001, d = −1.72), while the female participants in CG had differences in physical fitness in the 30 meter Run test (p < 0.001, d = 2.87), but no differences were found for the other components. In conclusion, this research proves that traditional sport for 11 weeks can improve the physical fitness of young athletes.
  • HEAT TRANSFER ANALYSIS CABINET-TYPE ERK SOLAR DRYER MACHINE FOR DRYING AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS
    Yayat Ruhiat, Yudi Guntara
    Eureka Physics and Engineering, 2022
The Cabinet-type ERK solar dryer is manufactured by a temperature distribution process so that the temperature inside the appliance is well distributed. The cabinet-type ERK solar dryer comprises several components to maintain the water content, including a drying oven, air blower, heat-resistant pipe, hot water pump, thermostat, heat exchanger, and heater. These tools are used to convert heat radiation into conduction or convection so that the dried agricultural products' water content is relatively low. The data needed to show the quality of the tool include temperature on temperature received by the wall (Tw), absorbent plate (Tp) and room temperature (Tr). And as for other supporting data including the environmental air/ ambient temperature (Ta) and solar irradiation (I) for optimal tool usage time.
The experiment results for 5.5 hours, as many as 23 measurements with time interval 15 minutes, obtained a relatively unchanged temperature distribution. During that time, the average temperature received by the wall (Tw) was 41.26 °C, while the middle plate temperature (Tp) was 40.65 °C and room temperature (Tr) was 40.71 °C. Thus, the temperature in the Cabinet-type ERK solar dryer is well distributed. The distribution percentage between wall temperature and plate temperature is 98.52 %, while wall temperature and room temperature are 98.67 %. The result indicates that the Cabinet-type ERK solar dryer is potential as a drying device for agricultural commodities. It is hoped that the Cabinet-type ERK solar dryer will be an alternative to a drying system that can improve the quality of agricultural commodities for farmers in Indonesia
  • Forecasting rainfall and potential for repeated events to predict flood areas in Banten province, Indonesia
    Yayat Ruhiat
Journal of Measurements in Engineering, 2022
In a period of ten years, from 2011-2020 rainfall in Indonesia is relatively high, with annual rainfall between 460.5-4,627.4 mm. The high rainfall has implications for flooding in several provinces. During this period, almost every year several areas in Banten Province experienced floods. To predict areas of Banten Province that have the potential for flooding, forecasts of rainfall and the potential for repeated occurrences of high rainfall are carried out. In making the forecast, observations were made at the Serang Meteorological Station, the Budiarto Curug Meteorological Station, the South Tangerang Climatology Station, and the Tangerang Geophysics Station. Rainfall data from the four stations were analyzed by Fourier transform, Gumbel method and Mononobe method. Distribution analysis results obtained rainfall in Banten Province between 0.0-607.9 mm with the length of rainy days per month between 0-26 days. Then, the results of the Fourier transform analysis; Banten Province included a monsoon rain pattern with unimodial rainfall. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of the Gumbel method and the Mononobe method, Banten Province included the category of moderate rain and tended to be heavy, even extreme. Based on the results of the analysis using these two methods, in 2025 in Banten Province, it is predicted that 11 % heavy rain, 3 % very heavy rain and 1 % extreme rain are predicted. In that year, it is predicted that there will be 65 sub-districts in Banten Province that have the potential for flooding. The sub-districts that have the potential for flooding are mostly located in Serang Regency, Serang City, Tangerang City, and South Tangerang City. This potential flood is predicted to occur in: January, February, March, April, May, October and November.
