Education institutions and teachers are in desperate need of automated, non-intrusive means of getting student feedback that would allow them to better understand the learning cycle and assess the success of course design. Students would benefit from a framework that intelligently guides their actions and provides exercises or resources to support and enhance their learning. The recommender system framework is a software agent that learns the user's preferences through a variety of channels and then utilizes that knowledge to provide product suggestions. A recommendation engine considers all potential user interests as background information, uses that knowledge to produce convincing recommendations, and then returns those ideas to the user. This article presents a feature selection and machine learning based course recommendation system for higher education students. principal component analysis (PCA) algorithm is used for feature selection. AdaBoost, k nearest neighbour (KNN), and Naïve Bayes algorithms are used to classify and predict student data. It is found that the AdaBoost algorithm is having better accuracy and F1 score for course recommendation to students. PCA AdaBoost is achieving an accuracy of 99.5%.

The importance of SEL in education can be traced to its profound impact on student outcomes. Research consistently shows that SEL contributes to improved academic performance, reduced behavioral issues, and enhanced mental health among students. Educators equipped with SEL skills can create supportive learning environments that promote student engagement and resilience. In teacher preparation, the integration of SEL involves both theoretical knowledge and practical application. Courses focused on SEL can equip aspiring teachers with strategies for fostering a positive classroom environment, teaching conflict resolution, and promoting inclusive practices that recognize the diverse backgrounds and experiences of their students. Moreover, the implementation of SEL in teacher education goes beyond individual courses; it requires a systemic approach that permeates all aspects of teacher training. This can include experiential learning opportunities, such as internships and practicums, where future teachers can practice SEL skills in real classroom settings.

AI - Powered adaptive learning solutions are transforming employee training by offering personalized and data-centered experiences tailored to all learner's preferences and requirements. Unlike traditional training programs, these systems utilize AI and machine learning technologies to continuously track employees' activities, detect skill gaps, and provide real-time feedback- content adaptation. This approach is beneficial in reskilling-rich environments as it enhances engagement, retention, and overall learning efficacy. Additionally, AI can assess organizational objectives, key performance indicators, evolving roles, and forecast future training needs enabling companies to strategically position their employees for anticipated challenges. By blending behavioral analytics with recommendation engines and natural language processing, adaptive learning frameworks customize responsive and intuitive training presentations. These systems also reinforce return on investment from learning and development initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement alongside teaching self-driven growth. Adaptive learning powered by ai is becoming increasingly important for businesses to build future-ready, digitally skilled and flexible teams as they undergo digital transformation. This study explores the core technologies, Implementing AI-driven adaptive learning systems offers several advantages, including personalized learning experiences tailored to individual student needs, improved engagement, and more efficient use of educational resources in corporate environments.

Machine Learning for Mobile Communications, 2024
Wireless technologies have been growing rapidly in all corners of the world. Fifth-generation (5G) wireless technology has emerged as one of wireless research’s most exciting and challenging topics. As a multiservice network, 5G is expected to accommodate a broad variety of industries, each with its own set of performance and service needs. To meet the increased demand for mobile connections, 5G delivers new radio (NR) technology, and we review the essentials of future mobile communications regarding the introduction of 5G NR; we explain multiple-input/multiple-output antennas, radio access networks, and frequency bands. We also review the convergence of wireless communication, the supporting technological drivers, and spectra regarding the 5G NR environment to examine NR applications in 5G networks. We outline some of the most essential research areas in 5G NR in this chapter.
