Socialization is a process of transferring knowledge through values and rules so that an individual can become a member of a group, and this knowledge transfer process can also be referred to as an ongoing learning process that impacts the formation of one's personality. Suppose the focus is on socialization by the Indonesian General Election Commission. In that case, the socialization efforts aim to form a community that understands the election process and the role of the community in the election stages. This effort is carried out by providing information containing the general election stages that are being carried out or will run. However, to what extent has the public responded to social media socialization efforts that the General Election Commission has carried out? This research will try to understand the public's response to the socialization that the General Election Commission carried out after the 2020 Simultaneous General Elections were held. The research data was obtained by conducting an online survey through online questionnaire media, distributed widely to research respondents from 16 February 2021 to 28 February 2021. The total number of research respondents reached 212 respondents from 24 provinces in Indonesia. Male respondents came to 144 people (64%), and the number of female respondents was 68 (32%). In processing data, this research uses Nvivo 12 Plus to assist researchers in processing qualitative data into more interactive data visualizations. The findings of this study indicate that the public's response to the dissemination of general elections through social media is very high; this suggests that social media has become the primary medium for the public to find information related to general elections. Furthermore, this research has also identified the tendency for the General Election Commission's social media account at the central level to provide the most information, namely the Indonesian General Election Commission. In addition, the public's assessment of account performance, the influence of socialization, and the quality of socialization have also been known. The last and no less important is the addition of public suggestions for socialization in the future.

Advances in information and communication technology, in the provision of public services, have affected all aspects of electronic governance. This widespread use has resulted in vast amounts of data, which governments and other entities can collect and analyse to measure, assess and improve service interoperability. Interoperability is the ability of software to collaborate. Currently, studies on the interoperability of e-government applications are the focus of research by previous researchers to develop information and communication technology to realize the smooth exchange of information in all elements of government. This study aims to determine the development of research on interoperability in e-government by conducting an in-depth analysis of research trends and dominant themes in e-government interoperability. This research is a systematic review using VosViewer and Nvivo Qualitative Software Analysis, and both are used to uncover trending issues and research themes on e-government interoperability. This research data was obtained through the Scopus database using a search strategy to find relevant documents. The results show that research trends related to e-government interoperability issues have declined recently. In addition, this study also presents the highest citations, funding sponsors, and research connectivity between countries. Furthermore, this study also produces six dominant themes related to e-government interoperability, namely Interoperability, E-government, Systems, Technology, Data, and Services. Some of the findings produced in this study are expected to provide a comprehensive picture of research trends in e-government interoperability for researchers in the future.

The aim of this study is to explain government officials’ communication and coordination intensity on twitter social media while handling the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative content analysis approach towards the official Indonesian government official’s account. The result showed a developed communication and intensive coordination between President Jokowi and the team, in attempt to properly accelerate the handling process. Furthermore, this activity was also achieved with a number of governors. The presidency aimed to build the commitment of central and local government officials, and jointly support the policy implementation to properly manage Covid-19. These communication and coordination activities positively impacted on the high attention of local governments to accelerate the handling in a number of regions. However, the study limitations include the use of Twitter social media data, characterized by the inability to reveal performance of government officials. Therefore, subsequent research is expected to adopt a triangulation analysis approach to data on twitter social media, online media, official government reports, and information from trends in Indonesian cases.
