My Background:
In the period 2015 - 2019, I worked as a lawyer, attorney in consulting, and in litigation in multiple law firms.
Results of work in the Mental Health for Ukraine project:
- work on an analytic report of Ukrainian legislation in the mental health area, where I analyzed Ukrainian legislation according to international standards, highlighted human rights violations of people using psychiatric and social care services, and made recommendations for improving Ukrainian legislation in mental health. Then I presented the results of my work at the government round table in autumn 2020.
- the creation of advocacy materials to stimulate legislative changes and concluded the main findings of the analysis in an executive summary based on the report.
