Abstract Modification of the original message (plaintext) with the LCG random number generator algorithm and encryption with the affine cipher algorithm to produces a dynamic and safe random message (ciphertext) compared to just the affine cipher algorithm. The plaintext is converted to ASCII code and stored in a data list. The data list that contain the plaintext changes the position of the data where each plaintext column is moved to an odd column and even columns are filled by random numbers generated by LCG. The data list is then changed again by adding value to each column with random numbers generated by the programming language and then it encrypted with the affine cipher algorithm. The total number of ciphertexts can be twice as many as the plaintext. The results obtained are not the same ciphertext character even though the plaintext has the same character. Ciphertext generated in the first run program will be different for the next run program or dynamic encryption. To restore a ciphertext to the plaintext is done based on the affine cipher decryption function and the steps to modify the message that was done before.

    IEEE
One method in the decision support system for the selection of the best teacher is used Multi-Objective optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA). Previous studies were not weighted on various criteria but only normalized. To obtain more optimal or accurate results, this paper uses analysis that starts with MOORA and ends with SAW. Weight (W) value on each Criterion (C) is adjusted to the needs of the research object. This research shows that MOORA & SAW give better result than MOORA, because of the previous research, the MOORA method was not given the weight of each criterion. The 4 best alternatives out of 24 alternatives with value alternative 1=0.524, Alternative 4=0.478, alternative 3= 0.476, alternative 2=0.47S are the results of the MOORA and SAW Method and the best alternative order of the MOORA results in previous studies is Alternative 1=9.95, Alternative 2 =9.50, Alternative 4=9.31, Alternative 3=9.20.

The measurement of information technology capability level used to optimize the performance of information system. In this studied, we evaluated of the attendance system at PT DIPO Medan uses the Cobit 5 Framework before and after development process. A framework used to evaluate the level of information technology maturity. The domain of research using framework to measure the level of capability in the Deliver, Service, Support (DSS) domain with 64 respondents. The maturity level on the current system such as DSSOI is 2 (repeatable), DSS02 is 2 (repeatable), DSS03 is 2 (repeatable), DSS04 is 1 (initial), DSS05 is 1 (initial), DSS06 is 1 (initial)

Abstract The use of technology is very important nowadays. Most of everyday activities are documented and stored in digital form. One of those activity is recording. Activity of an organization is very important, therefore recording of meeting material is one of those important activities. Usually the meeting material is documented by writing them into papers or typing them and stored them into computer. Sometimes, the meeting information is written or typed incorrectly so a speech-to-text application is required to solve this problem. In this study, the solution offered is to implement a web-based automation speed-to-text application which can record the voice of meeting participants then converted them into text automatically, so the results of the recording process of meeting materials are more effective and efficient By using voice recognition feature its called web kit Speech Recognition, this system can be implemented. After successfully implementing this application which is so called Speech Meeting Web kit system, the average value for duration system for Indonesia and English language is 96,63 % and 82,78 %.

Abstract The diversity of personality possessed by humans makes one hesitate to explore the work that interests him. The world of psychology has several test tools that can be used to analyze a person’s personality which is the end result of a test that is used to see a person’s personality tendency and what type of work is suitable for the interest, where current state and private companies still use manual tests by making questionnaires or a series of questions which will be given to the object which is employee candidate to study. Then the questionnaire is filled in by each object so that the value is collected and recalculated, by using a manual system an employee will wait a very long time to see the results. To solve this problem, a system is designed to facilitate the analysis of the personality of prospective employees and to place them in the positions or professions. The system was designed using the Edward Personal Preference Schedule method is one of the personality test tools that is able to reveal 15 personalities. Based on the results of the processed data there are 3 types of personality, the first type is a personality with the highest score, namely autonomy with a score of 18, the second type is affiliation with a score of 17, and the third type is domination with a score of 17 so it can be concluded that respondents X were advised to work in military sections such as the TNI.
