Heterocycles have attracted the attention of researchers for a long time due to their applications in various fields. S- and N-containing heterocyclic compounds have a significant impact in organic chemistry. They are important not only industrially and biologically but also in the development of human society. Thiazoles are essential components in medicinal chemistry as well as key structural elements in many naturally occurring substances. Because of their notable biological properties, thiazoles have been an interesting topic of research, and many drugs have been designed that possess the thiazole moiety. As a result, the development of innovative techniques for synthesizing these molecules remains highly interesting. Many methodologies have been developed for the preparation of thiazoles, and the emergence of novel, environmentally friendly synthetic approaches is highly desirable. The present review article provides an overview of the biological importance and synthetic methods for the formation of thiazoles, promoting further research on the development of thiazole-containing drugs. It encourages researchers to synthesize novel and potent thiazoles effective against mutant strains, and the development of synthetic protocols is a high priority in medicinal chemistry research. This review will help to advance the search for strategies for the synthesis of biologically active thiazoles. - Surface-modified reusable nanomaterials

The microwave-assisted synthesis of 1,3,5-triaizne (2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5- triazine), also known as TCT analogs, is described in this review article. The reactions of TCT with different compounds that have amine functional groups or hydroxy-substituted functional groups under microwave irradiation to produce the triazine derivatives are the main topic of this review article. The microwave irradiation technique has countless benefits over the heating method, such as fast reactions, reduced reaction time from hours to minutes, fewer by-products, improved or high yields, wide temperature instability range, regioselective products, and greater energy efficiency. - Vanadium-Catalyzed Epoxidation of Alkenes

Nanomaterials in Environmental Remediation Developments and Challenges, 2025
Sustainable methods of synthesizing nanomaterials (NMs) are of paramount importance to energy conservation efforts and environmental remediation. Green synthesis of nanoparticles (NPs) has garnered a lot of attention lately due to their low production costs, ease of manufacture, safety, and environmental friendliness. It has been demonstrated that synthesizing NPs can be done effectively using green chemistry. During the last ten years, a lot of research has been done on the green production of different NPs using plant extracts. All of the potential greener methods for the synthesis of NMs are revealed in this chapter. Green synthesis of NPs offered a potential and sustainable alternative to traditional preparation methods. The progress of green NM manufacturing employing natural chemicals such as plant extracts and other related sources has been highlighted. Introduction: Healthcare organizations are complicated and demanding for all stakeholders, but artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized several sectors, especially healthcare, with the potential to enhance patient outcomes and standard of life. Quick advancements in AI can transform healthcare by implementing it into clinical procedures. Reporting AI's involvement in clinical settings is vital for its successful adoption by providing medical professionals with the necessary information and tools. Background: This paper offers a thorough and up-to-date summary of the present condition of AI in medical settings, including its possible uses in patient interaction, treatment suggestions, and disease diagnosis. It also addresses the challenges and limitations, including the necessity for human expertise along with future directions. In doing so, it improves the understanding of AI's relevance in healthcare and supports medical institutions in successfully implementing AI technologies. Methods: The structured literature review, with its dependable and reproducible research process, allowed the authors to acquire 337 peer-reviewed publications from indexing databases, such as Scopus and EMBASE, without any time restrictions. The researchers utilized both qualitative and quantitative factors to assess authors, publications, keywords, and collaboration networks. Results: AI implementation in healthcare holds enormous potential for enhancing patient outcomes, treatment recommendations, and disease diagnosis. AI technologies can use massive datasets and recognize patterns to beat human performance in various healthcare domains. AI provides improved accuracy, reduced expenses, and time savings. It can transform customized medicine, optimize drug dosages, improve management of population health, set guidelines, offer digital medical assistants, promote mental health services, boost patient knowledge, and maintain patientclinician trust. Conclusion: AI can be utilized to detect diseases, develop customized therapy plans, and support medical professionals with their clinical decision-making. Instead of just automating jobs, AI focuses on creating technologies that can improve patient care in several healthcare settings.
