She is desirous of pursuing research knowledge and adept in delivering conceptual knowledge to the thirsty learners. She has specialized herself in the field of HRM. She has produced 8 PhD and 2 M.Phil Scholars. She is also in Research Advisory committee of universities. She holds membership in CMA, Eurasia. She has participated in two International conference abroad. She has published articles under various titles in refereed journals both national and international to her credit.
