An Automated Image Style Transfer Framework Using GenAI Algorithm Abhishek Chakraborty, Rashel Sarkar, B. M. Mahendra, R Sandesh, Gurusiddappa Hugar, Balasubramanian Prabhu Kavin Generative AI and Creativity from Theory to Practice, 2025 The developments made in generative AI technology have brought a tremendous revolution in the creative arts. Many applications in both the industry and commercial fronts are making use of GenAI for business gains. One lucrative application is the image style transfers. This task is concerned with transferring the image present in one domain to be represented with styling information from another domain, commonly called as target domain. This research work presents a novel image transfer framework which performs styling transitions between two different domains with robustness and versatility. The proposed architecture uses a visual transformer to learn the image information from both the original image and the style image. These feature embeddings are given as input to the cyclic GANs which operate in both forward and backward modes to perform the image style transfer with quality enhancement. The quantitative performance assessment is done using feature similarity index and mean structural similarity index. Also, a comparative assessment is made between other state-of-the-art techniques to prove the efficacy of the proposed model. The results indicates that the proposed model performs better image style transferring. Also, as future research prospects, more transfer learning methodologies can be leveraged to reduce the training time of the model
Dynamic Pricing Strategy using Reinforcement Learning and NLP-based Sentiment Analysis of Social Media Data Akana Chandra Mouli Venkata Srinivas, Munawar Yusuf Sayed, Yashwant Waykar, Sandesh R, Sweta Priya, Manu Vasudevan Unni Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Smart Electronics and Communication Icosec 2025, 2025 To improve classification accuracy in social media sentiment analysis, good preprocessing is essential. Pretreatment of data is a crucial part of any sentiment analysis pipeline since it enhances the number of occurrences that are correctly identified. An improved method for handling multi-step NLP problems, RLAP is presented in this paper. It is based on LLM. It represents these tasks as a MDP in our framework, and an LLM is an environment variable within this model. The TF-IDF method is used to extract useful textual information, which allows for more accurate sentiment classification. To guarantee that RLAP is a robust and general sable model, it is tested extensively on three separate natural language processing tasks utilising diverse social media datasets. The outcomes show that RLAP surpasses current models in accuracy and consistency, achieving an impressive 97.55% success rate. This demonstrates how effective it is to manage complicated NLP operations by integrating reinforcement learning concepts with sophisticated language models. To sum up, RLAP is a successful and versatile approach to sentiment analysis, especially in social media settings, and it highlights the significance of combining smart model planning with efficient preprocessing methods.
An Intensive Review Identification and Classification of Eye Diseases Using Vision Transformers Sandeep Kumar Mathariya, Manpreet Kaur, Shifali Goyal, Sandesh R, Disha Deotale, Mahavir Jain 2025 IEEE International Conference on Advances in Computing Research on Science Engineering and Technology Acroset 2025, 2025 Machine learning has transformed ophthalmology into an efficient technique for to automate and enhance the diagnosis and classification eye diseases. This study focusses on the Vision Transfers Strategy, a revolutionary technique that uses a transfer of gained visual cognition to make it easier to recognize and classify diseases. We explore how the Vision Transfer Method can be applied to the analysis of various forms of eye imaging data like fundus images, retinal images, and optical coherence tomography scans. we demonstrate the significance of having diverse and large datasets and how straightforward it is to interpret Machine-learning algorithms employed in the clinical environment. Ethical considerations and legality are examined to ensure that this new technology is applied ethically. This research proposes a new Diagnostic algorithm utilizing the Vision Transfer Technique. The objective is to render diagnostics significantly more accurate and early disease detection much more prevalent, ultimately enhancing patient outcomes in ophthalmology.
Leveraging XGBoost based GBM for Proactive Detection of Man-in-the-Middle Cyber Attacks Shivanand V Manjaragi, Deepak Asrani, Arvind Kumar, R Sandesh, Meenakshi Maindola, Aarush Sai 2024 Asian Conference on Intelligent Technologies Acoit 2024, 2024 Man-in-the-Middle (MitM) cyber-attacks provide a substantial risk to network security, since they allow hostile individuals to intercept and alter communications between two parties. Conventional detection approaches frequently fail to recognize these complex threats, requiring the creation of more resilient and precise solutions. This study introduces a model called XGBoost-based Gradient Boosting Machine (GBM) to identify MitM attacks in advance. The system employs extensive datasets from Kaggle, namely CICIDS 2017 and UNSW-NB15, for the purpose of training and evaluating the model. By carefully preparing the data, selecting relevant features, and doing thorough cross-validation with hyperparameter optimization, the suggested model attains exceptional performance metrics. The assessment findings indicate an accuracy of 0.98, precision of 0.97, recall of 0.96, F1-Score of 0.965, and a remarkable ROC-AUC score of 0.99. Our model regularly outperforms existing technologies like as Random Forest and Traditional GBM in identifying MitM attacks, achieving higher performance metrics across the board. This research demonstrates the effectiveness of the XGBoost-based GBM model in improving cybersecurity defenses and suggests that it might serve as a standard for future advancements in cyber-attack detection systems. The suggested system’s exceptional accuracy and resilience make it an invaluable tool for proactively detecting and reducing MitM attacks.
