In this paper, a nonlinear mechanical system of ordinary differential equations (ODEs) with multi-point boundary conditions is considered by a novel type of reproducing kernel Hilbert space method (RKHSM). To begin, we define the unknown variables in terms of the reproducing kernel function. The roots of the Shifted Chebyshev polynomials (SCPs) are then utilized to collocate the resulting system. Finally, Newton’s iterative method is employed to find the unknown expansion coefficients. The solutions of this system of equations, which arise from the flow of an electrically conducting nanofluid over an impermeable stretching cylinder, are numerically analyzed, and convergence analysis is discussed to demonstrate the reliability of the presented method (PM). Tables and figures are provided to further discuss the solutions and assess the effectiveness of the method in comparison to other techniques in the literature. - On Relative Reproducing Kernel Banach Spaces: Definitions, Semi-Inner Product and Feature Maps

In this paper, a special class of relative reproducing kernel Banach spaces a semi-inner product is studied. We extend the concept of relative reproducing kernel Hilbert spaces to Banach spaces. We present these relative reproducing kernel Banach spaces in terms of the feature maps and establish the separability of the domains when they are separable. In addition, we prove some theorems concerning feature maps and reproducing kernel Banach spaces. And finally, the relative kernels are compared with the semi-inner ones. - A new application of the Legendre reproducing kernel method

<abstract><p>In this work, we apply the reproducing kernel method to coupled system of second and fourth order boundary value problems. We construct a novel algorithm to acquire the numerical results of the nonlinear boundary-value problems. We also use the Legendre polynomials. Additionally, we discuss the convergence analysis and error estimates. The main objective of this paper is to present a reproducing kernel Hilbert space method for computing solutions of nonlinear third‐order ordinary differential equations under multipoint boundary conditions. Some other aspects of the reproducing kernel Hilbert space method, such as convergence analysis and error estimate, are also discussed. The proposed method is a well‐performance technique for calculating the best approximate solution of nonlinear boundary value problems. Our numerical experiments validate our theoretical findings and demonstrate the desirable performance of the algorithm in terms of simplicity, accuracy, and efficiency. - Solitons in optical metamaterials with anti-cubic law of nonlinearity by ETEM and IGEM

This paper studies soliton perturbation in optical metamaterials, with anticubic nonlinearity. Two integration approaches, namely, the extended trial equation method (ETEM) and the improved G’/Gexpansion method (IGEM) are presented. Bright, dark and singular soliton solutions are retrieved. The existence criteria of these solitons in metamaterials are also demonstrated. All solutions have been verified back into its corresponding equation with the aid of maple package program. Finally, we believe that the executed method is robust and efficient than other methods and the obtained solutions in this paper can help us to understand the variation of solitary waves in optical metamaterials. - Generalized Jacobi reproducing kernel method in Hilbert spaces for solving the black-scholes option pricing problem arising in financial modelling

Based on the reproducing kernel Hilbert space method, a new approach is proposed to approximate the solution of the Black-Scholes equation with Dirichlet boundary conditions and introduce the reproducing kernel properties in which the initial conditions of the problem are satisfied. Based on reproducing kernel theory, reproducing kernel functions with a polynomial form will be constructed in the reproducing kernel spaces spanned by the generalized Jacobi basis polynomials. Some new error estimates for application of the method are established. The convergence analysis is established theoretically. The proposed method is successfully used for solving an option pricing problem arising in financial modelling. The ideas and techniques presented in this paper will be useful for solving many other problems. - Reproducing kernel method in Hilbert spaces for solving the linear and nonlinear four-point boundary value problems
