Implementation of The Green Campus Concept Based on The UI GreenMetric Guidelines Approach Albert Eddy Husin, Bernadette Detty Kussumardianadewi, Hanky Guruh Advance Sustainable Science Engineering and Technology, 2025 Climate change and rapid urban development have increased the urgency of sustainable practices in higher education institutions. Green areas on campuses play a vital role in reducing carbon emissions, improving microclimate, and supporting ecological balance. This study analyzes the implementation of green area criteria based on the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings 2023 guidelines. A descriptive-analytical method was employed, combining field observations, documentation review, and interviews with campus facilities management. The Green Campus assessment results based on the UI GreenMetric guidelines, UMB is ranked 72nd among universities in Indonesia and 756th in the world based on the UI GreenMetric Ranking 2020. These results suggest that while the campus demonstrates strong compliance with the UI GreenMetric benchmarks, further improvement in conservation and community engagement is necessary.

Blockchain provides distributed, secure, permissioned transactional ledgers, that successfully deal with these problems. The purpose of this study is to present a new conceptual framework that combines blockchain technology with building information modeling. This framework is specifically designed for smart contracts and digital transactions in the chemical industry's retrofitting of green buildings. Within this particular context, the main goals are to improve cost-effectiveness, bolster cybersecurity measures, improve information sharing and management, expedite payment transactions, and advance sustainability. In Cilegon, Banten, Indonesia, a chemical facility was the study's location. The study also makes use of partial least squares structural equation modeling.

The green industry is widely implemented in the manufacturing sector as an effort to reduce negative impacts on the environment. The implementation of the green industry is influenced by various factors. The Chemical Industry is one sector that faces challenges in implementing green industry practices. The objective of this paper is to create an innovative conceptual framework that combines blockchain technology and building information modeling. This research examines the concept of green retrofitting in the chemical industry using an assessment based on the Ministry of Public Works and Housing Regulation No. 21 of 2021. The study was conducted in a chemical industry located in Cilegon, Banten, Indonesia. The research method combines Blockchain-Building Information Modeling (BIM) to analyze the cost efficiency of green retrofitting and Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) as a tool to process data from questionnaires and identify influential factors. The results indicate that the use of Blockchain-BIM can reduce retrofitting costs by 4.42% for low-level, 4.45% for medium-level, and 4.40% for high-level categories.
