I, Kotova Zinaida Petrovna was born on June 23. 1964 in the village of Le-ninskoye, Alamedin district of the Kyrgyz SSR.
In 1971-1981 she studied at the Leninsky secondary school in the village of Leninskoye. After successfully graduating from high school in 1981, she was accepted as a member of the Lenin Collective farm and sent to study at the K.I. Scriabin Agricultural Institute of the Kyrgyz Order of the Badge of Honor at the Faculty of Agronomy. In 1986, she graduated from the above-mentioned institute in the specialty "agronomy" with honors.
In connection with the service of her husband, Evgeny Ivanovich Kotov in the Armed Forces, in 1986 she was forced to move to Ucharal Taldy-Kurgan region of the Kazakh SSR.
In 1986, she was accepted into the Ucharal SPTU No. 16 as a teacher of agronomy.
In 1988, she moved to work at the Alakul GSU (gossortouchastok) as an agronomist, and in 1992 she was appointed head of the GSU.
