For financial institutions, digital payments allow them to process and offer payment services in a faster and more organized manner. However, with the increased use of digital payments, there has been an increase in fraudulent activities. This has become a major concern for customers as well financial institutions. Traditional fraud detection methods use fixed thresholds and static rules to spot suspicious behavior. Because of this, detection methods created before digital payment technologies became common generate many false positives and struggle to identify new and evolving fraud patterns. This paper introduces a real-time fraud detection framework aimed at spotting suspicious UPI transactions. The framework seeks to accurately classify both known fraud patterns and new types of fraud while also identifying unusual transaction activities that have not been labeled as fraudulent before. A hybrid machine learning approach is used, combining a supervised Random Forest (RF) algorithm with an unsupervised Isolation Forest (IF) algorithm. Both models examine each transaction on its own, producing separate risk assessments that are then combined using a weighted risk score fusion method to evaluate the chance of fraud based on transaction features and types of fraud. Experimental results show that the proposed hybrid machine learning framework is better than individual supervised and unsupervised models. It achieves higher detection accuracy and reduces false positives in real-time UPI transaction environments.

The potential of these small particles in sophisticated medical applications is demonstrated by the growing interest in utilizing nanoparticles (Ag-Cu) in a variety of healthcare sectors. This study intends to resolve non-dimensional equations utilizing the Bvp4c method in MATLAB, emphasizing on entropy creation inside the human circulatory system. This study explores how energy naturally evolves and dissipates within the complex blood vessel network, providing key insights into both normal circulation and disorders like heart disease, clotting, and blood flow issues. Appropriate tables and graphs efficiently demonstrate the influence of the active parameters on the flow dynamics of the bio-magnetic flow and provide a visual depiction of their impact. A higher Weissenberg number lowers velocity owing to increased viscoelasticity.
Security and Scalability of Blockchain Document Storage Systems Sherwin Benjamin C, Rhea Jacob, B Sowmiya 8th International Conference on I Smac Iot in Social Mobile Analytics and Cloud I Smac 2024 Proceedings, 2024 This research project investigates the enhancement of data security and scalability in a decentralized document storage and verification system by implementing a private Geth node with a Proof of Authority consensus mechanism. The study introduces AES Symmetric encryption to protect documents stored on Kubo IPFS-Cluster and employs HTTPS to secure client-server communications, ensuring robust data security during transactions. The system allows issuers to upload and hash documents securely on the blockchain, enabling recipients to retrieve these documents using unique identifiers, while validators can authenticate document originality by matching hashes within the blockchain. The document storage system using blockchain explores into the Ethereum blockchain and IPFS scalability intends to uncover and incorporate optimizations to boost performance, with the overarching goal of significantly advancing the security and efficiency of decentralized document management systems. The system's architecture, security features, and scalability solutions, demonstrating the potential of blockchain technology in enhancing the integrity and accessibility of document management are the deliverables.
Next-Gen Virtual Try-Ons: U2NET-Driven Cloth Segmenting and Personalized Size Recommendation Kunal Kankariya, Harashnabin Roy, B. The system incorporates image synthesis techniques for realistic pattern modification. With a user-friendly interface, it allows users to interact with and visualize different clothing styles in real-time. Rigorous testing and optimization ensure robust performance, culminating in a deployable solution for immersive and dynamic virtual try-on experiences.
