This article is devoted to the application of previously developed algorithms and models to the problems of managing the microclimate of the cement clinker burning shop of a cement enterprise. Based on experimental data, the coefficients of the basic general model of the filter and thermal control were obtained. The adequacy of the constructed seasonal models is checked by comparing the calculated model and experimental results; the relative errors of the constructed models are considered; and the problem of minimizing energy consumption is solved using seasonal models. The problem of minimizing the environmental function that describes the impact of dust emissions from production conditions is considered.

The article is devoted to the problem of modeling parallel (simultaneously flowing) and weakly connected production processes in the language of neighborhood structures and neighborhood systems. The notion of neighborhood structures is recalled and the concept of weakly connected neighborhood structures and corresponding weakly connected systems is introduced. The problems of identification and control of such systems are considered. For binary weakly connected systems an algorithm for finding a quasi-optimal mode is proposed. Under additional dimensional constraints, an algorithm for stabilization of two weakly connected systems near a given nominal mode is discussed. As an example of a binary weakly connected system the ventilation-filtration process is considered.

Considering cement production, we deal with dust, associated with a non-optimal operation of the dust-free ventilation system in the clinker burning department. The optimally organized heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system in any type of production ensures the microclimate of the production premises, corresponding to the sanitary norms and rules, which contribute to the increase of the staff’s efficiency. In this paper, the questions of the neighborhood modeling of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system in the premises of the cement production shop are considered. A system for minimizing energy costs and reducing dust emission in the clinker burning shop is proposed, which allows increasing the environmental safety of production.
