Latest measurements correlated to the cloud computing technology, found to be very unreliable. For smooth conduction of cloud technology, the report is getting more than 100 values i.e., being added to the cost of the essential component that has been prepared for succession of the technology. Moreover, with the care of cloud computing technology, very intelligent operational programing has been into running, yet the real parameter of performance measurement is showing the actual output. With tremendous literature survey and feedback, the paper has been able to lay out logical terms about the services availed from cloud side. Trendy services involve trust and reliable factors in terms of benefits accruing from the customer side to the service provider. By offering the combined efforts of public and private cloud, business drivers are moving forward with the freedom to deliver their most effective service to the users and are also able to achieve higher spend.

<span lang="EN-US">Makespan and cost are the major factors in the current scenario and they generally upgrade the results to optimize the upcoming task processing by implementing the scheduling within the specified cloud platform. A new proposed agenda is being considered for a health care system to make the world healthier. The paper is designed to identify prior work as a health evaluator for the end user and act accordingly. It also satisfies the end user by providing demanded results and can establish trust between the system and the customer within a global era. By analyzing the COVID-pandemic situation in the digital world, things should be implemented in conjunction with healthcare and technology to serve things better. The proposed algorithm works on priority basis by analyzing the current patient condition and then implemented in CloudSim Toolkit. As per the results, the proposed steps are performing 50-70% better in terms of makespan and cost. Notable optimization has been accomplished by the proposed healthcare evaluator.</span>

This research paper based on new steganography technology with the using of fingerprint and QR code using watermarking technique. Now's a day digital technology and image steganography more useful for secure data. User and developer both no perfect secure data. According to digital technology biometric features is good for secure data. Biometric features are the part of human body which has excellent structure to be determined perfectly. In this paper it is proposed to use biometric fingerprint with QR-code by image steganography and cryptography using watermarking technique and produce more secure results comparison to other techniques.

The most widely used technology, i.e. cloud computing has been promoted as an essential component of the computing paradigm to provide useful solutions for any real and challenging scenario. These scenarios can affect education, health system, education etc. Not only the technology part, it is compromising various areas of development. Throughout the paper an attempt has been made to include realistic and probabilistic points of view to make a real understanding about cloud computing. With the introduction of cloud technology, its various components will also dominate the paper and the optimization system of cloud services will also help in what it is offering to the market. The paper also includes the most valuable survey covering various partners and their services. Also an outcome metric capable of identifying the proportion of cloud services company adopted versus non-adopted ultimately.

Multinational companies are taking advantage of the services provided through a cloud service provider (CS P). It is generally observed that, the companies provide customized services to the user as an added benefit rather than using the initial services. The motive of the proposed study is to build a trusted relationship between the user and service provider. This study analyzes several parameters to scale up an approach by adopting advanced technologies. In this study, a matrix has been prepared by including the utility value for the fruit factors used by the user. Compatibility connection between multiple customers are also measured by obtaining services from the particular company. The proposed matrix can identify the actual use of the significant cloud computing features.

Quality-based services are an indicative factor in providing a meaningful measure. These measures allow labeling for upcoming targets with a numerical comparison with a valid mathematical proof of reading and publications. By obtaining valid designs, organizations put this measure into the flow of technology development operations to generate higher profits. Since the conditions were met from the inception of cloud computing technology, the market was captured heavily by providing support through cloud computing. With the increase in the use of cloud computing, the complexity of data has also increased greatly. Applying natural theory to cloud technology makes it a fruit cream. Natural methods often come true, because survival depends on the live events and happenings, so using it in real life as well as any communication within technology will always be reliable. The numerical results are also showing a better value by comparing the optimization method. Finally, the paper introduces an adaptation theory with effective cloudsim coding of honey bees and grey wolf in conjunction with their natural life cycle for solving task scheduling problems. Using adapted bees improved the results by 50% compared with the original bees and secondly by honeybees and grey wolf improved 60%.

Wise work is always appropriate to achieve the comfort and ease of working style of life. Through low energy consumption, smart communication can make the campus useful to all living people. By achieving higher goals and improving in a more comprehensive way, results can be achieved from a customized level. With the core concepts of Bluetooth, IoT came in various faces to underline different results with various improvements. With the advancement of technology and advanced IoT networks, the range and capacity of communication channels are becoming very wide, and the ability to communicate with each other within their range also comes into consideration. Without using the Internet, the proposed paper shows a wide range model via a limited range of Bluetooth to extend the direct communication of IoT devices over a wide area without any loss in data and network connections. Extensive communication is offered through many Bluetooth-based IoT devices that act as slaves and communicate via their master Bluetooth which acts as a central device and Bluetooth for all other areas Devices are working. The entire network area will be divided into areas monitored by Masters Bluetooth devices that enable communication between different regions with extended range. Moves from one device to another and moves it to the active phase.

Minimizing the total allocation cost is an unavoidable issue needing to be deal with in task scheduling of cloud computing for processing all the tasks. In this paper, the comparative study has been done among the priority algorithms and secondly between the priority and non-priority task scheduling algorithms. In order to emulate the precedence relation of task, the task scheduling algorithms enumerate the priority of tasks according to the specific attributes of task, and then sort tasks by priority. The total allocation costs for each scheduling algorithm are calculated. The experimental results based on cloudsim3.0 toolkit with NetBeans IDE8.0 shows that the ABC algorithm (priority based) achieves good performance in cost parameter with the comparison of QoS driven, virtual machine tree (both are priority based) and traditional scheduling algorithms but the comparison of ABC (priority based) and PSO (non priority based) shows that the non priority algorithm gives best performance due to less waiting time to allocation task.
