CS KARISHMA BUTANI

Karishma Butani has more than four years of experience in academics. She has served as a Coordinator of the Centre for Professional Studies (CA/CS/CMA) at a grant-in-aid college affiliated wi Kachchh University for one year and also looked after all the activities of the center. She has also served as an Overall Coordinator for six months at the Study Centre in Kachchh Region of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has also worked as a Management Trainee for one and a half year under a Practicing Company Secretary (PCS). Her specialization is in the subjects of Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Behavioral Finance, and Taxation. Her area of interest for research is Behavioral Finance, Corporate Laws, Corporate Governance & Taxation. She has attended faculty development programs and presented papers at various national and international conferences and has also won thbest paper award for the same. She has published 3 research papers in journals of international repute
