  • DETERMINING THE INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF THE BIOHACKING AND BIOINNOVATION MARKET BASED ON MARKET TRENDS IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL BUSINESS

    The object of the study was the process of venture investment in biohacking as a component of the pharmaceutical business, which embodies the development of the specified market. Since research requires significant capital investments, it is worth studying in detail and carefully the issues of financial investments and obtaining income from the specified processes. This work proposes a comprehensive economic analysis of the biohacking industry as a modern investment tool. The consistency of the high growth forecast with the main statistical risks inherent in biotechnology enterprises was described and analyzed. The basis for the hypothesis was the methodology for analyzing the development of the biohacking investment market. The analysis is based on the success rates of clinical trials and the development of FDA medical products from phase I to approval. The results are based on an assessment of the capital market of biotechnology companies in the world after IPOs since 2020. The results confirmed the hypothesis of rapid market growth with a compound annual rate of 19.09% from 2025 to 2034 (forecast). However, there is a rather low overall clinical success rate, about 9.06% between phase I and final drug approval, considering the highest percentage of research outflow between phases II and III (only 31% success). The best value was obtained for rare diseases (about 25.0%), the worst for oncology research (5.1%). The results indicate that most of the investments (about 56%) end in loss. As a result, it was determined that biohacking is currently a high-risk and at the same time highly productive direction, which has a radically different nature of investment. That is why investment should be based on careful, substantiated, reliable data analysis and assessment of the clinical portfolio, considering diversified risks.
  • MODELLING OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND MANAGERIAL SECURITY OF FINANCIAL AND PERSONNEL SUPPORT OF INNOVATIVE AGRIBUSINESS

    Тема статті спрямована на дослідження впливу організаційних і управлінських рішень на стабільність агропідприємств в умовах інноваційної діяльності. Стаття акцентує увагу на взаємозв'язку між кадровою безпекою й фінансовою стабільністю, використовуючи математичні моделі для оцінки ризиків і оптимізації управлінських процесів. У статті визначено необхідність моделювання організаційно-управлінської безпеки фінансового та кадрового забезпечення інноваційного агропідприємництва. Запропоновано для такого моделювання застосовувати нелінійні економіко-математичні моделі, які дають змогу глибше розуміти взаємозв’язки між різними чинниками, що впливають на діяльність підприємств. Визначено, що такі моделі дозволяють краще зрозуміти, як зміни в одному секторі впливають на інші, і дають можливість розробляти стратегії, що зменшують ризики та підвищують стійкість підприємства. Запропонована нами методика моделювання організаційно-управлінської безпеки фінансового та кадрового забезпечення інноваційного агропідприємництва адаптована на прикладі ПП «ім. Калашника» Полтавського району; SE «Stepne» Poltava district; LLC «Agro-Osvana» of the Kirovohrad region; LLC «Agrarian company «Zorya» of Kirovohrad region; АLLC «Agromaster» of Dnipropetrovsk region;LLC Agrofirma «Kolos» of Dnipropetrovsk region. У результаті моделювання прогнозування організаційно-управлінської безпеки фінансового та кадрового забезпечення інноваційного агропідприємництва було визначено, що взаємозв’язок між кадровою та фінансовою безпекою варіюється залежно від підприємства. У деяких випадках кадрова безпека є ключовим фактором для фінансової стабільності, водночас в інших її вплив обмежений. Запропонована методика моделювання буде корисна в системі планування менеджменту й фінансової політики для вітчизняних агропідприємств, які прагнуть інноваційного розвитку й турбуються про забезпечення ефективної фінансової та кадрової безпеки.
  • Hybrid Artificial Intelligence Systems for Complex Neural Network Analysis of Abnormal Neurological Movements with Multiple Cognitive-nodes Signal

    Research related to feedback-neuro-biosystems regarding the analysis of the status and behavior of T(tremor)-objects under the cognitive influence of neural nodes. They focus on the study of parameters relative to normal states and behavior (normal wave movements of certain parts of the body), which used classical Fourier transform digital processing techniques and the cognitive connections were estimated approximately using neural network techniques and software technologies. In order to decompose the complex abnormal movement path, a scheme of multicomponent decomposition of segments of the trajectory of trajectories is used to further formulate the mathematical model. The mathematical model assumes quantitative characteristics of tremor. In this technique of analyzing spiral test data, an extremely important and up-to-date result is the ability to obtain frequency response, using hybrid Fourier transform and digital signal processing techniques on hybrid spectral functions and spectral values.
  • Corporate social responsibility of the enterprise: Shortcomings and social effects for Ukrainian society

    Purpose.To reveal the theoretical and applied background of social impacts of mining enterprises' corporate social responsi bility (CSR) on society's and local communities' sustainable development, especially actualized in the conditions of decentraliza tion.To consider recommendations for government stimulus of different levels for CSR in mining companies.Methodology.The content analysis of nonfinancial reports of mining enterprises was used to determine social effects.findings.The features of the components of sustainable development in the mining industry are revealed.The dynamics and structure of the CSR expenditure, its social effects and shortcomings in influencing the local communities' sustainable develop ment are analyzed through nonfinancial reports of the socially responsible enterprises in the mining industry.The directions of state policy implementation on CSR at enterprises are determined.originality.The peculiarities of the mining enterprise's influence on sustainable development by its economic, environmental and social components are investigated.The practice of CSR implementation in the mining industry on the example of SRH company is analyzed.The dynamics and structure of the company's CSR expenditures, social effects, and impacts on the sustain able development of local communities, deficiencies and constraints on the cooperation of enterprises and communities for joint sustainable development are determined.Measures have been proposed to improve the CSR management of mining enterprises.Practical value.The results of the study can be used at the macro level by government bodies in regulating and promoting CSR in the country, at the level of local communities -in formulating a strategy for their sustainable development, as well as at the microlevel -CSR management at mining enterprises.
  • Improved Method of Software Automation Testing Based on the Robotic Process Automation Technology

    Nowadays the automation of repetitive and time consuming tasks for employees is becoming more and more popular. Automation of software testing has lots of benefits but it also has limited functions and strictly rely on the system under the test (SUT). One of the technologies that may be used to leverage its disadvantages is Robotic Process Automation (RPA). RPA is an approach to business workflow automation, in which the program emulates user actions within graphical user interface to achieve the desired result. In this paper the basic approaches for automation of software testing using RPA are investigated. This paper describes the proposed method for software test automation which allows to execute tests in a faster and more reliable way.
