She is always active in guiding the graduate scholars with their research reports and also guided M.Phil scholars in their dissertation. She has authored numerous research papers in renowned journals with ISBN and ISSN Numbers and also attended many national/ international conferences along with many workshops on research methodology. The first attempt of her writing a book on sacred topic “Reengineering”, people used to know this topic as Business Process Reengineering. She thought of this topic because while doing her Ph.D she has experienced that many of the management students as well as academicians did not know its concept and use as well. Although reengineering concept is used in transforming the organization 360 degree. and hoping to explore the same research field to learn more

EDUCATION

Dr. Pooja Mishra is an academician for the last 14 years and presently working as faculty at Department of Business Administration, Awdhesh Pratap Singh University, Rewa (M.P.) and dealing with subjects of Finance and Marketing. She completed her schooling (in 2001) and her graduation (B.Sc, 2001-04) in science along with facing various competition related doctoral ship but during the phase of perusing her graduation she suddenly developed an interest in management , she appeared in the exam of MPMJET (Madhya Pradesh Management Joint Entrance Test) and did her post-graduation (MBA, 2005-07) with specialization in Finance and Marketing. But her dream of having prefix “ in her name is still there, and with the same goal she did her Ph.D (in 2013) on the topic “Reengineering Concept to Market Innovative Products”. While pursuing her Ph.D she qualified UGC-NET from Management (in 2012) and also did a Diploma PGDRD (Post Graduate Diploma In Rural Development, 2011).
