AI, IoT, and Cognitive Computing for Mental Health Enhancement and Object Detection K. K. Baseer, Nalavala Ramanjaneya Reddy, T. Satyendra Kumar, Harishchander Anandaram, Alavikunhu Panthakkan Combining Visual Intelligence and Federated Learning in Smart Healthcare, 2025 This chapter explores the potential of AI, IoT, and cognitive computing in improving mental health care and object detection technologies. AI-driven cognitive computing and IoT-enabled devices could enhance personalized, efficient, and real-time mental health solutions. Cognitive computing models will be able to analyze the huge streams of data coming from wearables, for instance, and enable early warnings of mental health issues. Monitoring behavioral patterns will be provided through cognitive computing models, with proactive interventions delivered based on early warning signs. Object detection powered by cognitive computing will offer the capability to identify with precision various environmental factors that may exert effects on one's mental well-being, including crowding, noise, or temperature changes. The integration of these technologies will transform mental health care from a reactive service to a preventive and data-driven approach, thereby enhancing patient outcomes.
Fault Tolerant Aware Optimal Resource Allocation Scheme for Load Balancing in Cloud System Based on Multi-Objective Constraints Gudivada Lokesh, P Baby Maruthi, K. K. Baseer. 2025 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Information Technology Electronics and Intelligent Communication Systems Iciteics 2025, 2025 Cloud computing has developed as an effective computing system for both business organizations and cloud consumers. Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) create the data centers and computing resources with better effectiveness for stratifying the requirements of the cloud consumers. The consumers mainly concentrate on the duration of response, while the CSPs are disturbed during revenue creation. Effective and accurate resource allocation has the capacity to offer better user satisfaction and improve resource usage. Moreover, the most accurate outcome in resource allocation is attained via an active load-balancing model to balance the workload. It can also assist in preventing bottlenecks and reducing resource usage; therefore, identifying optimal scheduling techniques is still hard. To overcome these challenges, an efficient optimal resource allocation for the load balancing method is designed. In the cloud, optimal resource allocation helps to manage workloads successfully, guaranteeing that significant applications obtain the required resources. In this proposed model, the optimization of resources is done with the help of a Ring Toss Game (RTG)--based optimization algorithm. Finally, to increase the load ability, objective functions like makespan, execution time, throughput, delay, success rate, and average resource utilization are considered. The main aim of optimization is to reduce the number of active servers and to improve the scalability of the cloud system. Thus, this developed model reduces the risk of overloading by minimizing the specific resources, leading to increased system stability and reliability. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed network is investigated by employing several performance measures.
