The rapid proliferation of misinformation across digital platforms has highlighted the critical need for advanced fake news detection mechanisms. Traditional methods primarily rely on textual analysis, often neglecting the structural patterns of news dissemination, which play a crucial role in determining credibility. To address this limitation, this study proposes a Dual-Stream Graph-Augmented Transformer Model, integrating BERT for deep textual representation and Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) to model the propagation structure of misinformation. The objective is to enhance fake news detection by leveraging both linguistic and network-based features. The proposed method employs Graph Attention Networks (GAT) and Graph Transformers to extract contextual relationships, while an attention-based fusion mechanism effectively integrates textual and graph embeddings for classification. The model is implemented using PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers, with experiments conducted on the FakeNewsNet dataset, which includes news articles, user interactions, and source metadata. Evaluation metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and AUC-ROC indicate superior performance, with an accuracy of 99%, outperforming baseline models such as Bi-LSTM and RoBERTa-GCN. The study concludes that incorporating graph-based propagation features significantly improves fake news detection, providing a robust, scalable, and context-aware solution. Future enhancements will focus on refining credibility assessment mechanisms and extending the model to support multilingual and multimodal misinformation detection across diverse digital platforms.

2nd International Conference on Machine Learning and Autonomous Systems Icmlas 2025 Proceedings, 2025
Visually impaired individuals face significant challenges in accessing textual and Braille-based information, limiting their independence and engagement with the world. To address these issues, this work introduces an innovative assistive system that combines machine learning, computer vision, and text-to-speech technologies. This paper discusses the design and implementation of a system that enables real-time recognition and processing of printed text and Braille characters, converting them into audible speech for immediate use. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) powered by TensorFlow and Keras ensure high accuracy in Braille character recognition. At the same time, OpenCV handles crucial image preprocessing steps such as grayscale conversion, thresholding, and contour detection. Text recognition is facilitated through Tesseract OCR, and the pyttsx3 library provides efficient multilingual text-to-speech conversion. Compact and user-friendly, the system has the potential to significantly improve the quality of life for visually impaired individuals by fostering independence and inclusivity.

2025 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Data Engineering Aide 2025 Proceedings, 2025
This paper delves into the innovative application of flash loans within decentralized finance (DeFi), specifically in automated market maker (AMM) models. These systems streamline trading and improve liquidity through algorithmic asset pricing. However, high transaction fees and network congestion hinder their scalability. This research proposes strategies to optimize gas fees and enhance scalability by incorporating dynamic gas pricing and efficient fee management. By leveraging both Ethereum and Polygon networks, the system adapts to network conditions and addresses throughput limitations. The paper underscores the benefits of flash loans, including increased liquidity, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation, which are essential for arbitrage opportunities. Ultimately, this work aims to strengthen the DeFi ecosystem by promoting more robust and efficient trading strategies, paving the way for future innovations and greater financial inclusivity. Furthermore, a mathematical analysis of transactions, including profit and loss differences, is conducted to compare traditional arbitrage methods with the proposed scalable and efficient AMM-based approach.
  • A Novel Automatic Text Document Classification Using Learning based Text Classification(LbTC) Approach

    Procedia Computer Science, 2025
There are practical uses for text document classification. In actuality, it is crucial to categorize and parse documents with natural language. Utilizing applications like bogus news identification, query tagging, sentiment classification, and spam filtering needs this sort of study. However, because of their ambiguity, open-ended nature, and vastness, text documents provide a difficult Classification challenge. Machine learning (ML) methods became valuable alongside the growth of artificial intelligence (AI) due to their data-driven learning techniques. These methods are seen as highly effective at handling and analyzing vast data sets in depth. Topic segmentation, text categorization, entity identification, machine translation, and text summarization, to name a few, are just a few of the issues that may be resolved with ML approaches. In this study, we introduced an automatic Text Classification system (ATCF), a system that uses shallow and deep neural networks to classify text documents. To implement our system, we proposed an approach called Learning based Text Classification (LbTC). We investigated the performance of several models in comparison. Based on the training provided to ML models, the suggested framework assists in categorizing any type of document. It is compatible with practical applications where the categorization of documents is essential.

8th International Conference on I Smac Iot in Social Mobile Analytics and Cloud I Smac 2024 Proceedings, 2024
The paper suggests an approach to facial recognition of physical challenges. The most difficult challenge for blind persons is identifying impediments outside and behind them. They mostly rely on other people to help them make up for their blindness. To overcome this, they need to be supported by someone else people. In their daily lives, they face many problems when it comes to moving from one place to another. There is no guidance to help them when they need it. This study suggests a facial recognition system for those with vision impairments utilizing the Raspberry Pi to help prevent these situations. There is a camera designed for face recognition and a microphone designed for voice recognition in this case, so these components can be combined and people with visual disabilities can use it easily and behaves reasonably. In this work, a method is presented for detecting, classifying, and locating objects within complex environments. The paper applies the techniques of image processing and Adaboot classifiers to achieve an accuracy of more than 90

IEEE International Conference on Recent Advances in Science and Engineering Technology Icraset 2024, 2024
This paper aims to devise an antenna structure tailored for seamless integration into aviation radar sensors. The primary design objectives entail the creation of an antenna resonating within the X-band frequency range, spanning from 8 GHz to 12 GHz, with a central frequency of 9.79 GHz, while prioritizing portability. A meticulously dimensioned unit cell is engineered to achieve these specifications, resulting in an antenna design operating at 10.36 GHz. Key parameters including S11, Gain, Efficiency, and Radiation characteristics are meticulously assessed. Subsequently, these unit cells are arranged in serial and parallel configurations and analyzed across various metrics. Noteworthy findings reveal that the parallel array design exhibits superior radiation performance at 10.3 GHz. In contrast, the serial array configuration demonstrates enhanced attributes, including higher gain and improved S-parameter characteristics, particularly at 10.8 GHz. The input impedances were readily adjusted to match 50-ohm feedlines. The antenna design leverages dielectric materials such as Duriod for the substrate and copper for the patch and ground components. Specifically, the Duriod substrate boasts a dielectric coefficient of 2.2, with a substrate thickness of 1.57 and a copper thickness of ${0. 0 3 5}$. This investigation underscores the efficacy of the serial array antenna design, highlighting its potential for optimal performance in aviation radar sensor applications..
