I am HalimYusufAgava, a lecturer in the departmentof EstateManagement, Faculty of Environmental Sciences, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. I am currently the Level Adviser to the 300 Level Students of the department of Estate Management. I was the undergraduate project coordinator from 2018 to 2022. My research interest includes: property investment analysis, property valuation, and housing studies. I currently have over 15 research Publications (locally, nationally and internationally) comprising Journal articles in reputable journal outlets and conferences.

EDUCATION

I hold BSc degree in Estate Management (Universityof Lagos), Masters of Technology in Estate Management and Valuation and PhD in view(FederalUniversityofTechnology, Minna).
