Master in Business Administration from the Municipal University of São Caetano do Sul (USCS), Bachelor of Law from the Faculty of Law of São Bernardo do Campo, Bachelor of Economics from the Santo André Foundation, Bachelor of Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources and Marketing from the Santo André Foundation and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Cruzeiro do Sul University. He was part of a postdoctoral group at the Consejo Latinoamericano de Ciencias Sociales (CLACSO), Universidad de Manizales (Colombia) and Colegio de la Frontera Norte (Mexico).
