    IOP Publishing
Abstract Public street lighting illuminates roadways for two, three, and four-wheeled vehicles. Most roads have street lighting for safety and aesthetics. The security feature improves nighttime driver sight. Motorists need appropriate illumination to reduce accidents and crime. Lighting design and placement affect the street’s and city’s nighttime attractiveness. Public street lighting lights utilize uncontrolled electricity, resulting in excessive expenditures. We need a design that effectively manages and uses electrical energy. The IoT-based Public Street Lighting system employing solar panels as battery chargers may be utilized for electrical energy planning. The ESP8266 module provides control, a Wi-Fi module provides Wi-Fi, the relay module provides an electric switch to turn on or off public street lighting lights using the intelligent energy public street lighting application, and solar panels charge the batteries. The system has LDR sensor monitoring, ultrasonic sensors, and a Nodemcu ESP8266 microprocessor. The light sensor module detects light intensity. The Smart Energy, Public Street Lighting app lets officers monitor the process in real time. This program will monitor public street lighting and analyze and graph the data.

Electrical energy use at an agency that results in waste is a severe concern. One of them is in the toilet, which is often a waste of energy due to the lights being on while the toilet is not in use. As a result, energy waste is proportionate to an agency's monthly operating expenses. If waste can be eliminated, additional expenses will also be lowered. This study provides an algorithm that begins with the user pressing the push button to turn on the light and ends with the activated motion sensor. When a user enters the toilet and motion is detected, the toilet light remains on automatically. If, however, the user is not on the toilet after hitting the push button, the toilet light will automatically switch off after 60 seconds. Similarly, if the user exits the toilet, the toilet light will switch off automatically after roughly 60 seconds. The findings of a test conducted in a toilet for around two weeks using a motion sensor whose algorithm was optimized revealed a 7.08 per cent reduction in electric power usage after utilizing the equipment. Then, the device's test results indicate that the motion sensor detection is 100 per cent successful.

The disparities in access to public assistances between rural and urban areas are analyzed in this study, corresponding to the intensity in which the constructs are related to expected quality, perceived quality and perceived value as influential factors in citizen satisfaction and loyalty. In Guayaquil, a survey is carried out at the household level, 428 valid questionnaires are obtained in the rural area of Tenguel and 521 Valid questionnaires in the urban area of Tarqui, applyingto the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). The research used a Structural Equation model (SEM) to evaluate the hypotheses raised, if they observe significant differences in citizen perception between inhabitants of urban and rural areas about the quality of community services, this as a determining cause in the level of citizen satisfaction and loyalty to choose their municipal authorities. The multigroup analysis allowed to identify inequalities in the observation of the quality of municipal or local communityassistances between rural and urban areas; the findings are considered to local public administrators for the design of public policy aimed at improving levels of citizen satisfaction and loyalty.Sentiment analysis is a way to automatically understand and process text data to figure out how someone feels about an opinion sentence. If there are too many reviews, it will take a lot of time and they will start to be biased. Sentiment classification tries to solve this problem by putting user reviews into groups based on whether they are positive, negative, or neutral. The dataset comes from Drone Emprit Academic. It is made up of tweets with the words "online learning method" in them, with as many as 4887 data crawled from them. Information Gain and adaboost on the C4.5 (FS+C4.5) method are used in the feature selection method. We use feature options to get rid of bias and improve accuracy. The results of the experiments will be compared to other algorithms like C4.5 and random forest. Based on the results, the accuracy of the two standard decision tree models (C4.5 and random forest) went up from 48.21% and 50.35% to 94.47 %. The value of how accurate it was went up by 44 percent. The FS+C4.5 model, on the other hand, has an RMSE of 0.204 and a correlation of 0.944. So, adding the feature selection technique to the sentiment analysis of bold learning education can make the C4.5 algorithm even more accurate.

The modular operating theater (MOT) system is often used in operating rooms since it is incorporated into a single control panel, enabling its operation more effectively and efficiently. The MOT in the present study's operating room employs analytical techniques, and moreover has complicated space needs. Any hospital that wants to implement MOT in the operating room must adhere to the regulations of the Indonesian Ministry of Health, as everything must adhere to a specific criteria. Additionally, MOT must fulfill the primary components required to ensure that the operational process proceeds properly and without technological difficulties. The criteria also includes the use of insulated doors (swing or sliding) to control the pathogens, bacteriostatic floors with corner covings, the operating table must be set in such a way that the laminar airflow reaches it, the use of modern operating tables, the adequate filtration of the air conditioning system and the air distribution system, and use of sterile corridors. The MOT in the operating room must also include the medical gas pipeline system (MGPS), flexible arm light pendants, precise indications on surgeon control panels and electrical panels, scrub stations, comprehensive utility pendants, as well as static/dynamic clean/dirty boxes. The operating room MOT requirements are specified in PERMENKES RI No. 1204/MENKES/SK/X/2004, and any hospital that wishes to construct one must adhere to them. Several requirements are outlined in the study that must be adhered to while manufacturing MOT. For example, walls and ceilings must be insulated with PUF, EPS, or stainless steel panels.

    IEEE
Cloud computing is a service level computing that provide various service to the customers in order to establish an effective customer Relationship management (CRM). This offers various services like virtual machine, self-service provisioning, elasticity computing and storage (pay-as-you-go). Cloud computing provides shared services by enhancing resource management scalability, interoperability and prediction resources as a key to realize the resource utilization with high-performance management metrics. However, when the number of users increase, the process of task scheduling and service allocation using a traditional computing environment will degrade the CRM. In order to address this challenge, this research study proposes an Optimal Service Level Scheduling (OSLS) based task allocation design for improving CRM in cloud computing environment. The Adaptive Service Level Scheduling Algorithm (ASLSA) and the Support Level Load Balancer (SLLB) will reduce the workload in cloud computing environment in order to improve the Quality of Service (QoS) of CRM. This process will optimize the resource utilization in cloud platform based on the service requirement. It provides optimal scheduling features to CRM in order to improve the service optimality based on task and enhance the computational processes such as service load management, heterogeneous service delivery, pricing, resource pools and elasticity. The proposed system leverages high performance when compared to the existing models.

Purpose: To meet the needs of the public, the government has provided an official financial institution, which is subject to a certain series of administrations with all the calculations. The problem is that not all community members understand access to finance at these financial institutions. There are Islamic banking, BMT, and Sharia KSPPS, but in borrowing money they choose moneylenders. This problem is influenced by the ease of borrowing money from moneylenders, which are more flexible and the method of payment can be adjusted according to a special agreement between the customer and the moneylender. Disbursement of funds that can be done at any time according to the time needed, without being bound by conditions that are considered complicated by the customer. As a form of compensation, the interest charged by moneylenders is high and burdensome for the borrower. The risk of high-interest rates is often not taken into account by the borrower.

Design/Methodology/Approach: The method for developing public financial literacy is what the moneylender's practice as the object of observation. To be realized as an effort for educational methods is to conduct an analysis of moneylenders in the community and explore how people depend on moneylenders, evaluate financial behavior in the community, deconstruct financial behavior and re-conceptualize public financial behavior.

Findings: Socialization and acceleration of the marketing of financial products from the BMT, or official government financial institutions need to be carried out to prevent the level of community dependence on moneylenders, including by expanding financial literacy in the community, establishing management education methods, and implementing finance that is more inclusive in the community.

Research, Practical & Social Implications: The necessities of life for each individual in the community will certainly not be the same, to be able to fulfill the purpose of these needs it is financed by the availability of funds or financial means. There are members of the community who are relatively able to meet their financing needs, but not a few of the community have not met their needs.

Originality/Value: This study seeks to help the government and society in Indonesia to have a good education in terms of financial literacy, people need information and knowledge that currently in Indonesia there are many formal and legal financial institutions to help financial problems faced by people in Indonesia. Indonesian people are no longer just dependent on moneylenders or illegal financial institutions, which will instead trap them into new financial problems.

Abstract This study uses LCA analysis to monitor potential damage to eco-efficiency. This approach uses an environmental life cycle assessment (LCA) to detect ecological impacts in natural gas production systems. The study results found that the lowest environmental impact on the production process at PT was seen. X is located on the Ozone layer and Resp. Organics are 4.71E-06 DALY and 3.22E-05 DALY. The highest impact lies in Resp. Inorganics, Fossil fuels, and Climate change. This shows that the drilling system hurts the environment, especially in the climatic conditions of soil, plants, and fossil fuels which continue to decrease. In addition, because the drilling process is carried out using generator power, it causes air pollution that can interfere with the respiratory system (respiratory inorganics).

    Bonfring
When it comes to education, the COVID-19 epidemic has had a major effect, particularly on distance learning techniques that must be completed online. It also applies to Architecture and Interior Design students in the planning and design studio lecture activities, which were formerly carried out offline in the studio but are now required to be carried out online from their individual residences, as part of the online learning methodology. Various difficulties encountered in architectural and interior planning, as well as design studio lectures, need students' adaptation via the use of virtual reality and digital technology. There are numerous restrictions in terms of visual and digital communication, ranging from the use of technical equipment to the facilities held by lecturers and students. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach, in which data was gathered via questionnaires, with the respondents being architecture and interior design students who answered the questions. According to the findings of the research, the adaptation of online lectures is not only a virtual and digital issue, but also a physical and non-physical one that requires consideration. When it comes to architectural and interior planning and design studio courses, virtual and digital changes have an impact on the learning process and the quality of learning results. Physical adaptation necessitates the provision of supporting resources in the form of tools and equipment to aid in the delivery of classroom lectures. Non-physical adaptation includes changes in time, patterns and methods of learning, behavior, psychology, and the internet network, as well as changes in the internet network itself. In future studies, it is necessary to do more in-depth study on behavioral and psychological adjustments and perspectives.
