In this study, we propose an encrypted quantum teleportation broadcast scheme using a 6-qubit entangled channel and an encrypted quantum teleportation scheme with a controller via a 7-qubit entangled channel. The quantum state of Alice, to be transmitted, is first encrypted into two distinct states that satisfy certain conditions. As the main sender, Alice designates two agents to transmit encrypted states to two receivers. She shares a 6-qubit entangled state with each party and provides the receivers with a 1-bit classical information containing the chosen encryption. After the agents perform measurements on the corresponding orthogonal bases and send the results to the receivers, each receiver can reconstruct the original state sent by Alice. To enhance security for the receivers, the scheme introduces Alice as a controller. The receivers can reconstruct the original state only if Alice performs a measurement and shares her measurement outcome. The use of encryption ensures that even if an agent’s qubit is intercepted, the actual state remains secure. Alice, as the controller, can also terminate the transmission if a security threat is detected or she change her mind to finish the transmission. The teleportation performance depends on how the qubit is encrypted. For a specific input state used as an example, the protocol obtained a teleportation success probability of 0.9608. - Self-correcting quantum teleportation protocol

In this work, we propose a self-correcting quantum teleportation protocol capable of transmitting a three-qubit Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger-type (GHZ-type) state through a four-qubit quantum state in the presence of collective Bit-Flip Noise. We show that the protocol can self-correct the noise effect on the teleportation process, resulting in perfect state transfer with unit fidelity and probability. We also show that the proposed protocol has up to 33.3% lower quantum gate resource cost than a conventional combination of quantum error correction and teleportation protocols. Furthermore, we discuss the protocol’s generalization in teleporting [Formula: see text]-qubit GHZ-type state, with [Formula: see text] being any integer. Lastly, we simulate the proposed protocol under the noise in Qiskit and show that it can be implemented well. - Encrypted Quantum Controlled Teleportation Protocol

This study re-evaluates Parakh’s one-classical-bit quantum teleportation protocol, in which the proposed protocol replaces the traditional two-classical-bit requirement with a reset procedure, resulting in only one classical bit. However, if the input (to-be-teleported) state is unknown, the reset procedure cannot always work effectively, thereby limiting the protocol’s performance. This study modifies the protocol by adding simple CNOT operations, which ensures that the reset procedure always works properly even when the input state is unknown. We also compute the upper bound of the teleportation success probability and the classical bit resource cost inequality using the one-classical-bit protocol. Finally, we simulate the protocol in Qiskit and discuss the results. - Switch Mechanism on a Quantum Teleportation Protocol with Dual Controllers

The impact of minimal length on the performance of a quantum heat engine based on a harmonic oscillator with a Morse potential is examined, using a diatomic molecule as the working substance. The calculation method employs a frequency analog to the inverse potential width, enabling the determination of heat and work for the harmonic oscillator system similarly to a particle confined in a one-dimensional box. A Carnot-like cycle, comprising two isoenergetic and two adiabatic processes, is utilized. Efficiency and power output are evaluated, taking into account heat leakage. The findings reveal that minimal length enhances efficiency and power output at high oscillation frequencies, with the increasing frequency expanding the engine’s optimal operational range. - Asymmetric bidirectional quantum controlled teleportation via a seven-qubit Werner-like mixed state

Physica Scripta, 2024
An asymmetric bidirectional quantum controlled teleportation via a seven-qubit Werner-like mixed state is proposed. In the process of teleportation preparation, it is hypothesized that three imperfections could appear, namely (i) imperfection of the entangler device that may result in a non-maximal entanglement of the channel, (ii) local noises are introduced during the channel preparation process, and (iii) global noises occur during the channel state distribution to the corresponding parties. The local and global noises are selected as depolarizing noise with certain probability of transforming any entangled state into a maximally mixed state, resulting in a seven-qubit Werner-like mixed state. The teleportation fidelity with the presence of the imperfections is evaluated. It is shown that the teleportation is more robust under the presence of global noise compared to local noise. - A Deterministic Bidirectional Quantum Controlled Teleportation via a Non-Maximally Entangled Five-Qubit Channel State
