Strong education professional with a doctoral degree in Physics. Research experience in the field of experimental condensed matter and material physics with expertise in thin films and photocatalysis. Awardee of the INSPIRE fellowship (2017-2022) and scholarship for higher education (2011-2016) constituted by the Dept. of Science & Technology, Govt. of India.

My PhD research work is focused on improving the photocatalytic efficiency of MoO3 thin film photocatalyst via its integration with ferroelectric BaTiO3 and plasmonic Ag nanoparticles for dye degradation applications. I also have experience in resistive switching (memristors), plasmonic sensing and energy storage capacitors during my doctoral research. I have research expertise in material synthesis especially thin films, fabrication of heterostructures and hands-on experience in various material characterization techniques.
