Through my graduate research and work experience, I have developed expertise in laboratory testing and field implementation of soil stabilization methods. My thesis and publications explore the use of stone columns to improve the engineering properties of collapsible soils. I also have experience with chemical stabilization agents such as lime and cement.

Prior to pursuing my master’s degree, I gained valuable industry experience after completing my Bachelors's in Civil Engineering. For your further consideration, before switching to civil engineering, I completed a Bachelor's in Mathematics. My background in mathematics enabled me to develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills, which have proven useful across my engineering coursework and research.

EDUCATION

I recently graduated with an MSc degree in Geotechnical Engineering from Addis Ababa Science and Technology University with a focus on soil improvement techniques.
