Psychotherapeutic actions to develop social skills in a group of patients treated in two centers for human development in Peru Pedro Carlos Pérez Martinto, Flor Idamia Vásquez Bravo, Juan Luis Rodríguez Vega Revista De Psicologia Peru, 2024 El presente artículo científico es parte de los resultados relacionados con investigaciones dentro de la línea de investigación Ciencias de la vida y Cuidado de la salud humana. Dichas investigaciones posibilitaron instrumentar un grupo de acciones dentro de una estrategia dirigida a desarrollar habilidades sociales en un grupo de adolescentes y un grupo de pacientes con trastornos del espectro autista (TEA) que fueron diagnosticados. Para ello, se analizó las poblaciones de 220 adolescentes atendidos de un Centro de Salud, y de 262 los pacientes con trastornos del espectro autista, del Centro de equinoterapia. Se seleccionó una muestra intencional, cumpliendo con un grupo de criterios inclusivos a la misma de 132 adolescentes y 61 pacientes con TEA. Como resultados más relevantes se obtuvo; a partir de la aplicación del instrumento fue el manual de habilidades sociales y la escala de Escala de valoración de la competencia social; posibilitándose caracterizar el estado actual de los sujetos y elaborándose un grupo de acciones para su tratamiento. Su aplicación condujo a una mayor relajación y elongación muscular para una mejor coordinación muscular sincronizando la estructura neuronal con nuevos patrones del movimiento; así como mejor asertividad, comunicación, toma de decisiones y autoestima.

A new approach for self adaptive video game for rehabilitation. Experiences in the Amblyopia treatment Omar Correa, Celso Cuervo, Pedro Perez, Alejandro Arias Segah 2014 IEEE 3rd International Conference on Serious Games and Applications for Health Books of Proceedings, 2014 Self adaptive video games are important for rehabilitation at home. Recent works have explored different techniques with satisfactory results but these have a poor use of game design concepts like Challenge and Conservative Handling of Failure. Dynamic Difficult Adjustment with Help (DDA-Help) approach is presented as a new point of view for self adaptive video games for rehabilitation. Procedural Content Generation (PCG) and automatic helpers are used to a different work on Conservative Handling of Failure and Challenge. An experience with amblyopic children showed the proposal effectiveness, increasing the visual acuity 2-3 level following the Snellen Vision Test and improving the performance curve during the game time.
