Dr. Kaushik Nath, Professor of Chemical Engineering and In-Charge Principal, G H Patel College of Engineering & Technology, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Anand, Gujarat, holds 26 years of teaching and 18 years of research experience. He obtained his B.Tech and M. Tech. in Chemical Engineering from Calcutta University and Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur. His core areas of expertise and research include membrane-based separation processes, advanced wastewater treatment, biohydrogen production and biorefinery operation. Dr. Nath has published over 105 research papers and articles in numerous peer reviewed international and national journals of high impact factors and also in conference proceedings with total citations above 3060 till date. The h-index of his publications now stands at 21 while the i10-index is 30. He authored a book on ‘Membrane Separation Process’ from Prentice Hall of India and contributed 10 other book chapters.
