Experienced Senior Research Fellow and Project Lead with 8+ years in leading primary research in: (1) Additive manufacturing, material development, investigating the material processing-structure-property correlations, (2) Smart manufacturing with AI/ML, IIOT, and process sensorization, (3) Developing process simulations, FEA models, interpreting analysis for optimal solutions, and benchmarking with the results of actual manufacturing processes and laboratory testing of materials, backed by a track record of efficiently managing and delivering high-value and complex research projects.
