Jose Mari Arriola received his PhD (2000) in Basque Philology by the University of the Basque Country, and is Full Professor in the Faculty of Economy and Business there since 2008. He received his MSc. in Computational Linguistics by Universitat de Barcelona (UB) in 1991. Is member of Ixa research team and the Basque Center for Language Technology (HITZ). He has published over 70 international peer-reviewed articles and conference papers in Natural Language Processing, mainly in the areas of Computational Morphology and Syntax.
