A Novel Optimal Sampling Digital PLL Design With High Performance and Alleviated Hardware for IOT Applications Muralidharan J, Suresh Kumar Pittala, L. Megalan Leo, A. Jerrin Simla International Journal of Communication Systems, 2025 A key component of Internet of Things (IoT) nodes is the phase‐locked loop (PLL), yet power distribution remains an issue with the digital versions of these nodes. Reducing the high‐power distribution, which usually regulates the all‐digital PLL (ADPLL) power close to the digitally controlled oscillator (DCO), is essential for the development of the ultra‐low‐power ADPLL. The low‐level audio will reduce the active signal‐to‐noise ratio (SNR), when ADPLL is used in a communications system, causing significant inaccuracy and reducing the data rate. Therefore, it is vital to understand the trade‐off between phase noise, lock time performance, and variability in ADPLL. We present the improved design optimal sampling digital PLL (OS‐DPLL) for IoT applications in this paper. The proposed OS‐DPLL consists of a loop module (LM), ring oscillator (RO), first‐order digital loop filter (F‐DLF), divider chain, and bang–bang phase frequency detector (BBPFD), which uses the improved bang–bang approach. In addition, an efficient operating system is introduced to isolated operating modes, which provide standard bandwidth performance for sound and spectral purity in a closed phase mode. The simulation result determines the effectiveness of the proposed OS‐DPLL design based on power consumption, hardware utilization, and throughput.
Traffic Surveillance System Through Capsule Gated Graph Attention Network for IoT/IIoT Cyberthreat Detection and Mitigation Mahesh Prasanna K, Devashree Marotka, Muralidharan J, Rachit Adhvaryu, Vani V, Ramya Maranan 2nd International Conference on Machine Learning and Autonomous Systems Icmlas 2025 Proceedings, 2025 Internet of Things and Industrial Internet of Things have seen rapid adoption and have transformed industries through smart automation, constant monitoring and better connected systems. The progressive inclusion of such solutions has contributed to the growth in exposure to complex and changing global threats. The primary challenge lies in accurately detecting and classifying cyber threats from high-volume, unstructured network traffic data in real-time. Existing methods are not very accurate and cannot be easily scaled due to constraints in computational resources and the nature of IIoT network systems. This paper introduces Traffic Surveillance System through Capsule Gated Graph Attention Network for IoT/IIoT Cyberthreat Detection and Mitigation (Cyber-CapG). The system uses raw traffic data from Edge-IIoTset and uses the Tunable Transformer for feature extraction. The extracted features are passed through the Capsule Gated Graph Attention Network to model the traffic as a graph based on communication hierarchy and being selective to essential traffic patterns. Furthermore, weights and loss functions are tuned based on the Progressive Crested Porcupine Optimization so as to achieve maximum optimization. The proposed system exhibits outstanding performance with 99.21 % detection rate, 99.07% precision, 99.15% recall, 99.18% F1 measure, and it provides an effective way of identifying threats like DDoS, SQL Injection, and Ransomware. In conclusion, Cyber-CapG provides a solid solution for traffic surveillance in IoT/IIoT, providing the high detection and prevention of various cyber threats, as well as optimizing the cybersecurity and reliability of industrial networks.

Develop the ubiquitous computing wearable IoT devices using IoT-distributed framework J. Ashok, S. Purushothaman, Purnendu Shekhar Pandey, K. Praveena, Chetan Pandey, J. Muralidharan Measurement Sensors, 2024 Body Area Sensor Network (BASN) communication methods meet clients' multi-level requirements through Wearable Internet of Things (WIoT) systems. Transparency at management levels, heterogeneous support, and distributed communication to users are requirements of the PCS. Providing essential functions is a serious problem. A flexible Ubiquitous Computing (UC) architecture presented in this study is used to improve the reliability of end-user communication in the WIoT-based health sensor approach. According to this method, demand and sharing variables provide the foundation for the evaluation of resource allocation through recurrent learning. A proposed method could be used to implement end-user mobility management on WIoT healthcare sensors for data transmission, resource allocation and sharing. To show the integrity of the approach, some parameters were used in the actual evaluation and performance predictions. In the ubiquitous ecosystem, the uninterrupted flow was guaranteed to reduce the likelihood of a request being blocked. Memory control to density assignment at the framework level through storage management helps reduce backlogs and failures when allocating resources. The proposed approach enhances storage utilization, bandwidth, and request management besides lowering connection speed, backlogs, and request failure compared to the existing systems.
Remote Respiratory Health Monitoring System Muralidharan J, Kavya A S, Krishna T A, Negashri K, Prasanna M International Conference on Smart Systems for Electrical Electronics Communication and Computer Engineering Icsseec 2024 Proceedings, 2024 This paper outlines the creation and advancement of an Internet of Things (IoT) powered remote respiratory health monitoring system for individuals suffering from asthma. Asthma, characterized by lung inflammation, results in the constriction of airways, making it challenging to breathe in and out. This condition significantly impairs breathing abilities, posing considerable difficulty. A Remote Respiratory Health Monitoring System is user-friendly asthma patient monitoring system to monitor the patient's environment and provide precautions and also gathering health information from people who are far away and sending it electronically to doctors for review and advice during emergency situations. The proposed system will enable patients to track oxygen saturation (SpO2), heart rate, body temperature, humidity, volatile gases, and surrounding temperature using different sensors. This information will be displayed in an application called Blynk.
Temperature Variation Modelling in Mushroom Growing Hall with IAN-Bidirectional GRU Model D. Kalpanadevi, S. Nandhini Devi, Silas Stephen D, Sunita Jadhav, P M D Ali Khan, Muralidharan J 4th International Conference on Sustainable Expert Systems Icses 2024 Proceedings, 2024 Modern developments in computing and electronics have made intelligent systems suitable for use in the mechanization of agricultural processes. This proposed used multilayered perceptron and radial basis function networks to forecast the temperature shifts in the mushroom cultivation chamber based on independent variables including water temperature, ambient temperature, water tap, fresh air and circulation air dampers, and water tap. Preprocessing, feature extraction, and training the model are the three phases that comprise this proposed method. Reflectance calibration, normalization, and spectral smoothing are the steps involved in data preprocessing. Feature extraction made quick work of extracting information from mushroom photos by employing the SIFT algorithm. The proposed model was trained using an IAN-Bidirectional GRU. When compared to more conventional approaches, the proposed methodology is superior. The method's application resulted in a 93.75% improvement in accuracy.
