Egberto F. Selerio Jr. is currently a Doctor of Engineering in Water Engineering graduate student at the University of San Carlos' School of Engineering. He is working on modeling, application, and process optimization of sponge-bed trickling filters as his dissertation topic. He is studying under the scholarship grant of the Engineering Research and Development for Technology (ERDT) of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST).
