With an education in theoretical physics and some experience as a programmer, I have been managing projects and consulting in project management and risk management since 2010. I am carrying out a research on lean project management with the aim to develop a strict and evidence-based methodology for splitting a project into batches in order to minimize risk and improve project's success rate.
