Proceedings of the 2025 3rd International Conference on Advances in Computation Communication and Information Technology Icaiccit 2025, 2025
A big data-based AI-driven BIM framework that offers data integration and analytics through machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing functionalities for anomaly detection, predictive cost and schedule forecasting, compliance verification, and decision support is summarized in this paper. The system architecture presented here combines a cloud-based repository of BIM models, IoT sensor streams, and project metadata with diverse data sources for AI-powered analysis. Lastly, we experimentally validate our framework and show that our method reduces cost and scheduling errors by over 24 %, helps SOTA anomaly detection achieve <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$>92 \%$</tex> Accuracy, and reduces manual effort on important tasks by an average of 34 %. Moreover, it helped reduce reliance on manual validation and showed that natural language processing achieves <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{8 7 \%} \mathbf{F 1}$</tex>-score in regulatory compliance checking. Enhanced Efficiency - The important results report confirms that AI-enhanced BIM systems offer a way to improve architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) decisionmaking, accuracy, and efficiency. The industry's adoption can only be accelerated by future work that incorporates explainability, widespread deployment, and knowledge sharing across projects.
• PERFORMANCE OF CONCRETE PAVEMENTS AFFECTED BY SUBSURFACE DRAINAGE

Proceedings on Engineering Sciences, 2025
Moisture damage, a loss in modulus, and a loss of strength can result from water in the pavement system. In prior drainage design standards, the saturated flow assumption was used to calculate the drainage of pavement layers and the flow of water through pavements. Previously, state agencies concentrated their efforts on limiting the negative effects of water on pavements by either preventing water from entering the pavement, providing adequate drainage to quickly remove it, or building the pavement strong enough to withstand the combined effect of vehicle loads and water.

Aluminosilicate-rich waste goes is the likely source of geopolymers, and these are the most promising alternative to traditional cement in both production and application. The planet blends are becoming popular and new research is emerging. In any case, the actual molding duration and costs of curing samples are large. Research should be productive, so it is necessary to devise some novel solutions that work toward attaining the aimed goal. To predict the compressive efficiency of GPCs, this study employed learning algorithms like a single plan and action, two collaborate with computations [72], unusual arc boosting_13. Each model demonstrated validity and reliability using measurable tests, k-fold study, and the measure of reassurance. In addition, additional content was performed to assess how the input factors impacted on the CS or GPCs using shaker (a model-independent ad-hoc method of Explanations). JoinedML techniques had better accuracy predicting the computational cost of GPCs compared to single ML approach (Table, or. In descending order (from top to bottom): The R2 values are 0.98 for SVM-based, 0.97for GB and 0.93 for the XGB models. The improved error rates (blasphemous and root inverse square errors) of the reduced bias models also help affirm greater accuracy rendered by ensembled machine learning methods. The SHAP analysis also showed that there was an even stronger positive relationship between GGBS th and CS, compared to the QPC0s. Active alkali molarity, and sodiumhydroxide (the three less favorably) effects were also more sensitive to variationlocking time for calcium silicate. Thus, although both categories of ghostly CS is sensitive for different ways to fly fire remnants and boulder size: 10/20 mm but causes in opposite directions. An increase in the nadir GPC placidus reduces this CS, but post hoc intervention details level may raise it. The rock measurement: This 4/10 mm more harms than any benefit. These machine learning approaches will be an important and effective solution, which is fast as well as cost-effective from the development sector to address fabric properties.

• Strength and durability studies on air cured alkali activated pavement quality concrete mixes incorporating recycled aggregates

Case Studies in Construction Materials, 2021
There is a huge demand for managing the disposable desecrates generated as Construction and Demolition (C&D) wastes due to the increased growth of the construction sector in developing countries. The recycled aggregates utilized in this study were procured from one of such demolished building sites. The present investigation endeavours a detailed assessment of the performance of pavement quality Activated Concrete (PQAAC) mixes utilizing the recycled aggregates as a replacement to the conventional granite stone aggregates. The PQAAC specimens developed were subjected to air-curing and the strength-durability performances were studied and presented in this paper. Initially, PQAAC mixes are designed (adopting standard methods of mix design) to a strength grade of M-40 using Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) and fly ash (FA) as cementing materials by maintaining weight ratios of 75:25. At regular intervals, the conventional granite coarse aggregates (CAG) were replaced with recycled concrete coarse aggregates (CAR) till 100%, and the mechanical strengths in terms of compressive, split tensile and flexural strengths were investigated. Based on the results, the selected mixes were subjected to durability studies (i.e., Prolonged strength, VPV and SWA, acid and sulphate attack tests) and the microstructure studies. Compressive strength of 50 MPa and flexural strength of 4.72 MPa was achieved for C-50 at 28 days. However, the use of CAR after some limits may prove detrimental to the quality of concrete in the long run, as the durability results have shown a comparatively lesser performance while compared with the controlled mix (C-0). Hence, the test results clearly indicate that the inclusion of CAR may be proven to be helpful in producing a desirable quality of pavement quality concretes up to a limited extent of 50%. Thus, the use of PQAAC mixes in the association of CAG and CAR is considered to be one of the eco-friendly solutions to the associated disposal problems of construction and demolition wastes.

International Journal of Structural Integrity, 2020
Purpose Columns are structural elements that are predominantly subjected to compressive forces and moments that are to be transferred from the super-structure to the sub-structure. The geometrical shape of a column is a significant factor to be considered. The paper aims to discuss this issue. Design/methodology/approach Pushover analysis is carried out, to study the behavior of RC frames with rectangular and specially shaped columns for the same building layout. Findings Reduction of 27.3 percent in base shear, 67.4 percent in spectral displacement, 66.5 percent reduction in storey displacement, 70.22 percent in storey drift and 0.315 percent reduction in storey shear is observed. Practical implications Special shaped RC columns can effectively enhance the structural behavior of high rise structures under seismic excitation in comparison to those with regular shaped RC columns. Originality/value Applications of special shaped columns in structures have showed a great deal of reduction in displacement and shear forces developed due to seismic activity, for the same area of concrete and steel as in rectangular columns.
