    In the present Scenario, Quality of Work Life(QWL) can be viewed as the umbrella under which employees feel fully satisfied with the working environment and extend their wholehearted co operation and support to the management to improve productivity and healthy work environment. Especially most of the Professionals today, seem to be more interested towards the jobs which them increased flexibility at work. QWL can be viewed as an alternative to manage people in the Organizations. The QWL approach considers people as an ‘asset’ to the organization rather than as ‘costs’. It believes that people perform better when they are allowed to participate in managing their work and make decisions. In this present study it is used to find out the “ Quality of Work Life “ among Logistics Industry. A sample size of 50 was collected through structured Questionnaire. The present study was derived from by using statistical tools like Chi-Square, One-way Anova, Correlation etc. To satisfy the present generation workforce, organizations need to concentrate on job designs and organization of work. The present study supports the researchers to identify the concept of Quality of Work Life.
