Dr. Ehijiele Ekienabor is a Lecturer and Ag. Dean in the College of Business and Management Studies at Igbinedion University. His teaching and research focus on Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Corporate Governance and Strategic Leadership. He has supervised doctoral and master’s students and have published widely on organisational performance, entrepreneurship development, leadership behaviour and emerging market dynamics in Sub-Saharan Africa. He engages actively in university administration, accreditation processes and curriculum development, and contribute to international academic conferences and research collaborations.
